Where do I start. If i could post pictures i would do. Felt like the room hadnt been cleaned since the last customer. Hair around the toilet. Shower tap mouldy and really hard to switch on. Bathroom tap only hot water no cold water. Couldve scolded kids. Lights wouldnt swith off. Light switch broken and wires visable.

Room booked purely to rest overnight bringing son back from uni. Expensive room for a single person but had little choice as everywhere was booked in Liverpool or extortionate price! Knew it was bad when upon arrival to check in, the couple in front were complaining and staff weren't interested in dealing with the issue. The room had an electrical switchboard that would not stop buzzing. Very little sleep was had overnight. No point in complaining given how previous couple had been dealt with. Sunday morning breakfast doesn't start until 8am, but had to be at the ferry terminal for 8.30am so no chance of any food! Very dated hotel. Will not be back.

After a hectic day in Liverpool what a treat to be at this hotel.I loved everything about it. The staff also were fantastic. Will certainly come back if I'm back in this part of the country.

The pillow case was dirty and tge bed had some women hair on it ..but the rest the hitel was nice and clean

Good sized room with lounge area separate from bedroom with comfy beds. Hot shower but not easy to get in and out if elderly/mobility issues. Grab rail would be helpful. Large selection of hot and cold items for breakfast (but extra charge for this). Minor issue with TV remote, but staff were helpful and friendly in resolving this. We would stay here again.

Hotel room was spacious (bedroom and living area), clean and had good furnishing. The rate was relatively affordable. Some improvements can be made to the bathroom finishing and late night meals. The location is about 6 miles from the city centre.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It's a great choice for families, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food quality was impressive; we loved every meal we had. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I will definitely visit again.

The Suites has bounced back from its recent issues with immigrants and is terrific value for money. The parking, breakfast and spa are excellent. But best of all are the local staff - helpful and friendly.

The hotel’s rooms we disgusting, had to get moved room due to the ceiling hanging down, and the dirt in the bedsheets, also the safe did not work, the second room was not much better, the toilet did not flush. The staff were excellent and the Spa was brilliant and clean but humans should not be allowed to stay in room 118 or 120

Booked because I had heard this hotel was recently renovated and highly reviewed. I had booked a six night stay. During this time I have found most light sources in the room do not work, room phone doesn’t work, key cards are cheap and constantly becoming unlinked, locking me out. my room had never been serviced at any point during my stay, half toilet rolls given and having to walk down to request them from front lobby. I am currently on night five and going to be requesting an early check out, I am highly disappointed, I feel like my partner and I got neglected and frankly had a one star experience in this “Four star” hotel. I’ve had motels with better accommodations, which were half the price. Never coming back.

Avoid at all cost, to didn’t work, lamp didn’t work, 1/4 roll of toilet paper, 1/4 box of tissues, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, I informed them 4 times still wouldn’t flush, shower gel bottle was empty. That basically sums it all up. AVOID

Stayed for a night with my 21 year old son. Nothing to complain about, though - comfortable bed, good sized bedroom with additional room with settee and desk etc. Staff were absolutely fine, breakfast was OK. Plenty parking too.

Chosen for Spa etc but closed with no notice. Asked for disability room which was given with no means of getting there as lift broken so no access. Put my mum in normal room but no facilities for her. Showers were broken in all 3 rooms and dangerous as water too hot with no signs. Overall bathrooms grubby with hairs and could do with a bit of bleach! Beds comfortable but pillows were like bricks. Breakfast adequate service at dinner painful. Would not stay again

Hotel was goed, grote stad n eenvoudige kamer. Niks luxe maar het is goed voor een nachtje. Ik had per ongeluk het hotel in de buitenwijk geboekt ipv die in het centrum. Was onhandig omdat je overal een taxi nodig had. Eigen schuld. Met eigen auto is het wel ideaal.

It looks like they recently renovated the property. I stayed for 2 nights in an executive suite. The carpets looked new, as did the paint on the walls. There was a large sitting room area with couch coffee table, dining table and chairs. There was a fridge and kettle. No sink or microwave. The breakfast was ok for what you are paying. I was here with work, so found the location for me was convenient but there’s not much around it at all. You wouldn’t be going for a walk from it. The staff could not have been nice though. The girl on reception on Tuesday 20th February was really friendly and professional. The girls at breakfast were fantastic too. I was travelling alone, so it was nice to see a friendly smile each morning. I’d stay here again. The only negative is that they could really do with updating their bath/showers.

Spend some money to repair your hotel!!!
The hotel has just reopened up to paying guests following the housing and shelter of asylum seekers My room was ready on arrival, receptionist was very pleasant and nice Got to the room and met with a terrible state of affairs Hairs in bathroom, sink , bath stains on basin, toilet dirty, no shower head in bathroom , when I ran the tap of the bath, dirty brown water emerged Kettle had no bottom piece, stains on chairs Complained to receptionist, given another room 2 doors down. When I entered this room , again hairs in bathroom, table dirty bath stained I was only spending the night so slept in my clothes on top of the bed Next morning, couldn’t wait to get out, reported to reception, complained to manager who dealt with this swiftly to her credit Had the potential to be a lovely hotel unfortunately, the so called owners know nothing of infection control, yet happy to take my money and provide deplorable living conditions

We are in the middle of getting all the anti slip markings in the baths taken off and redone as these are stained and showing their age.
