Had a great stay at The Resident. A friendly welcome at the reception by Megan and a handwritten welcome card from her. Nice touch. The hotel is really central to everything in Liverpool, lot of restaurants and bars close. And only few minutes away from the shopping area. Not that far way from Alberts Dock either. All in walking distance. Nice to have refrigerator and a mini tea kitchen at the room. Good room keeping and changing of towels when you need. Love that I can choose to keep my towels for more than one day. Pillows to hard for my liking and would love if it would be possible to open the window. Would stay here again if I'm lucky enough to be back in Liverpool

Over forventning på mange punkt! Personlig og god dialog i forkant.. Svært hyggelig personale og en fin hilsen med ønske om et godt opphold ved ankomst. Ny og god standard på lobby og rom og svært sentralt med kort vei til det meste i sentrum. Velger gjerne samme sted ved neste tur til Liverpool!

Great stay at the Resident! Staff was positive and service minded, and the location is spot on if you want short distance to city centre with shops. Plenty of pubs and clubs just around the corner too, and we were surprised how quiet this hotel is, despite it's surrounded by nightlife. The small double room...is small, but still very nice and clean! We will definitely visit again!
