The service was less than expected, as the staff had friends hanging out in the lobby sitting on tables. The breakfast was a joke and not fit for human consumption. The egg and cheese omelette was just NASTY!! The pancake and juice machines were out of order. Overall the hotel was shabby and worn down. Will never stay here again!!😡😡😡

This property was poorly maintained, and common areas were not the cleanest. I'd rented two rooms, one for myself, and one for my mother. My room was clean, but some of the tile coving was broken in the bathroom. My mother's room (259), on the other hand, was a disaster. The toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet, and she about fell on the floor. Her phone didn't work at all (yes, it was plugged in). She made a complaint to the desk clerk at checkout, who proceeded to take a lengthy phone call while she was talking to him. The best part of this whole experience was that we were in the process of leaving Arkansas for good. If you plan on staying in Little Rock for more than a few hours (we were literally only there for 15 hours or so), try another property. This one was not much more than a flophouse.

The hotel was run down and had a bad smell. The service at the front desk was terrible. The ac unit was loud and dripped water on the floor directly in front of the bathroom.

This was a very pleasant lodging experience. The staff (with one exception) was very friendly. One person working during the breakfast hours on Monday, 4/8/2024 was insulting and rude. The only other comment was that the water in the swimming pool was very cold and became intolerable after about 15 minutes.

The property was conveniently located off the interstate and across from 2 restaurants. The kids loved the indoor pool! Vanessa was very friendly and accommodating during the breakfast hours.

Next time we will get a different room not next to the expressway because of the noise, otherwise it was very clean and comfortable.

Overall, it was a great stay. The room was comfortable but the room amenities had not been restocked. The body wash container was empty and there were no creamer/sugar packets for the coffee. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly.

The motel charged our card with an additional $50 charge for a damage deposit. They said it would be refunded. It was not.

This place smelled when walking in hallways. Bathtub was clogged up as if someone bathed their dog in there, tub was full of dog hair. Hot water spout in breakfast area was clogged. Went to ask lady to pour water in there thinking it was out and she was awfully rude. Lady was rude to everyone in there. This place deserves no stars but I had to give one.

Heat in room didn’t work when it was 0 outside. No telephone in room to contact front desk. When I went to ask for another blanket they didn’t have any. Lights in room flickered. Breakfast was cold and tasted terrible.

Check to make sure your door actually latches and locks. Prompt with a room change when told about the door. Lady at breakfast is a sweetheart but the food is blah. The overall property is in need of a renovation.

Neither TV’s worked in the room. Lightening was abysmal . I had to utilize my phone flashlight to find the lights, I had to immediately return to the front desk to get the air conditioning turned off as it was uncomfortably cold. This was not a good experience and I expect some moments to the right accommodation for the problems suffered during my son. Thank you, Barbara Fisher.

Little Rock satisfaction
Overnight stop halfway to Nashville from Grapevine Tx Headed to sons wedding. This was not disappointing. We prayed about the stay and location. Prayers answered. Ms Vanessa managing the breakfast buffet was by far 5 star service. She brought sunshine to the dining room. Great food great soul and clean area.

Very run down and in need of improvements. Toilet made a horrible hissing sound that lasted 5 minutes and the toilet seat looked like it was painted over and peeling. Bed frame jutted out and took a chunk out of my leg. Never staying here again, unless they remodel.
