Two days out of 4, NO HOUSEKEEPING service. I complained once but still did not have it every day. This and other small issues (losing a raincoat in the hotel but it not getting to the lost and found), made me less likely to stay here again. All the staff were very friendly but I was not convinced that the service was there. Food was good in the cafe

My room had a mildew smell in the living area. Also the sign for ice and vending near the elevators was confusing b/c in fact there was neither ice nor vending. Probably b/c they want you to go to the front desk and buy from them. You can tell the building is older and parking gets congested at night. The property overall needs to be updated. Positives about the stay is that the Chef at breakfast was personable and the omelettes were great. Also the hotel is surrounded by a plethora of shopping.

Enjoyed the very warm indoor pool and breakfast. Liked updated room, bathroom was in especially good shape. Strangley, at breakfast, you had to ask for bacon and sausage as it was not self serve. Happy was limited to 2 drinks per person and snacks were average. Staff was generally nice and accommodating. Not much within walking distance of hotel so had to drive for everything and there was a fee to park unless you were Diamond status. Lastly, candied pecans were at breakfast for the first few days and then they disappeared, sadly never to return.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that i didn't like was there was a family that brought there dog into the eating area. I would prefer not to have people 's pets area my table when I'm eating. Especially when they were throwing food on the carpet to feed the dog. I don't mind pets but i prefer not to have them around my food.

The property was convenient. However, the bathroom had insects., i.e, gnats or fleas around the base of the bathtub. The 2nd room that they placed me in was larger. However, it looked like it was not completely furnished, and the carpet was filthy. I should be reimbursed for this hotel stay. It was completely out of character with Embassy Suites I've visted before.

This hotel needs a serious rehaul. The elevator I was in nearly trapped a few of us as we were trying to go up. My room looked cheap, and it was the King's suite. My room was not ready during my check-in time.

The place is showing its age. There were decorative pieces of the furniture missing. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no meat out on the bar. Apparently the only way to get bacon or sausage was to wait in the omelette line which was long and had only one person making things. Not a great stay.

I booked and paid for it early so I wouldn’t have any trouble but when I got there I was informed that my room was given to someone else and there wasn’t anything I could do about it. Didn’t know you had to pay for parking outside the hotel also even if you didn’t want to pay for covered parking. Breakfast was not near as good as the other embassy suites. No carts up front even though there was now one up front to check in. Want stay there again

Room smells of cigarettes. Table leg in the living room is broken. Burns and stains in the carpet. Cabnet in the bathroom has a broken hinge. Stains on the chairs, all furniture has damage or is completely broken. Doors have stains and peeling paint. All three of the elevators have spit/stains on the walls/doors. The front desk was very nice and all lights in the room worked. This is a 1.5-2 star hotel mascarading as a 4 star. I feel scammed
