«This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. They left us a basket of snacks and a couple of bottles of water which was appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. The living area is well equipped and has everything you may need. «The house was not in a good neighborhood. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost.»

«The house is beautiful and it is in a great neighborhood and it was close to the Benton! We were in town for a conference so that was convenient! I will say a few things could have been prepared/stocked a little better. There was no bed sheets for two of the beds (or not that we found anywhere,) there was very very little toilet paper. Our group had to go buy more and there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and there was not any coffee provided (this one is minor but always a nice touch ...
