Stopped into town for a graduation it was an affordable and conveniently located option. Very clean and well maintained, Richard and staff were excellent. If I were to visit again would book here.

I had a great stay at the GuestHouse in Lexington. It was quiet, clean, and easy to get to from the highway. The breakfast was good too! The only thing that I thought was odd was the bathroom in the room I was in didn't have a switch for the fan- or if there was one, I couldn't find it. Take that as you will, but otherwise I had a great experience.

2 story inside rooms and no elevator. Had to carry luggage up the steps on two bad legs. No luggage cart upstairs once you get up there. My room was all the way at the end of the hall way. No elevator was not listed on the website. Toilet seat was really loose. Can I rate it lower than a 1?

I have been staying here for the past 13 years when I come to Kentucky for the three day event at the horse park. The staff are courteous and kind and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect!

When there are loud people down in the lobby, regardless of the hour, it is heard throughout the hotel. The website says it was recently renovated. Maybe the lobby, but certainly not the rooms.

Average hotel except the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. I was also woken at 6:45 am by the sound of children running down the hall. Then a family decided to open and slam their door shut about 15 times over the next hour. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but just know that if there is any noise in the hallway, you will hear it.

Very nice hotel. Clean, amazing aroma. Walls and doors are thin; but wasn’t a major issue. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean but worn down and our toilet continued to run throughout the afternoon and evening of our last night. The staff was very friendly but kept to themselves (one hello during our 3 day trip would have been nice). I wish the insulation would have been better as we were heard our neighbors to the left and above us. But for the price we paid- beggars can’t be choosers
