It took me three different trips to the front desk with all of my belongings with me because my key card wouldn’t work. They didn’t have a king size bed for me even though I reserved one and Lee paid my room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there was no coffee at breakfast. I would like a full refund of my room

This property was under construction, the hot tub was out of order, the pool was cold and there was no towels at the pool. Just say the relaxing little night get away was shot too crap!

Never stayed at this hotel due to the hot tub was not in service. It smelled like old people perfume. They gave us a room key that had somebody’s purse and an open suitcase in the bedroom and mirror was laying on the floor doors look horrible like something you would have at your house for your bedroom doors Would not recommend anyone to Stay here, not worth what they want per night. I don’t think I would pay even $50 a night through this hotel.

This property needs to be shut down for renovations, or the customers need to know prior to booking this wasn't what the pictures showed in the pictures . They claim to have a hot tub and swimming pool ,the hot tub doesn't work and is ice cold along with the pool neither were usable,pool furniture was terrible along with so many safety issues on the property ,as far as the room it had ceiling damage and mold in the bathroom furniture falling apart and dirty , the a/c only worked when it wanted and breakfast was mediocre. Would not recommend staying here there are far to many complaints

The attendant at the front desk didn’t understand English or the process.y dad was charged twice for his rooms. The pool Was freezing and half the hotel was under construction. Our keys didn’t work. Housekeeping let us in our room and never asked for identification or proof. Housekeeping was very attentive and nice.

It was horrible. Do not waste your money or time. They are very disorganized. We had one couple try to get into our room because they rented it to them after we checked in. Then the phone rang at 1:00am because they couldn’t figure out who was in said room . Just ridiculous and frustrating.

Water to toilet was not turned on. No remote in the room. Called three times before a remote was brought to the room and then it did not work. Upon checkout the clerk could not find the room in their system. He then shared that the room is known as the pool room and is normally not rented. The room is in dire need of renovation. I should receive a major discount for the poor service.

This property was not great. Family is road tripping and wanted to stop in Richmond to go to Buccees and I booked this because of VIP rewards. Big time oof. Crawling with EKU college kids and property was worn down. The only thing that was great was the older man at the front desk. Since there were a ton of college kids at the pool the night before I took my girls in the morning. Our key was not working on the reader and the man at the front fixed it for us and even had a sense of humor about it during check out. Property is a 2 star on a good day. Just know that before you book.

Check in was a bit frustrating for all because they could not find records of payment by Expedia. I had no problem at all at Econo Lodge in Seymour, IN. I guess Wildwood in Florence, KY on 3/28 will be the tie-breaker.

This Best Western was the worst i have ever stayed at. Very 7nclean, the entire hotel smelled of mildew, cery dirty, the doors keys didnt witk on the entrance doors, our room door handle was broken. Once i got i to room it was a horrible smell of old stale mildew, there was a coffee pot but no coffee and i was told they ordered it but hasnt been delivered. When i was ready to pull the bed comforters down i noticed three black hairs on the bed and yellow stains on the pillow. The hot tub couldnt have been 70° cold. If i could give this hotel a negative star review i would -5

Traveled here for a funeral staff was great, although the breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet like the last time I have stayed. Definitely could have been a better experience like previous stays. It was quiet overall so wasn’t as bad as it could have been.

The hotel was generally clean but after a long day of travel we was so looking forward to soaking in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi water was brownish/green & had gunk on the surface of the water. We was so disappointed. The breakfast was not the freshest it could be. Also it wasnt as clean as we would of liked.

Property was old and outdated. Location was not very good as we saw multiple homeless people around the night before checking in and the morning after. Breakfast was lackluster and they were out of a bunch of stuff (and weren’t refilling it even though it was 30 minutes before it ended. Beds were fine (traditional firm beds like most hotels) but the rooms needed updating and were just pretty “grimy” from years of use. Saw multiple hairs in the shower as well (just poor cleaning). Overall would have been a better choice to go to one of the other hotel options at this exit.

Never Again!!!
This hotel has decided to be "pet friendly" in every room. We are severely allergic and didn't know this when we booked online. The first room smelled like wet dog. It was awful. The next room was a bit better, but still had an odor. We ended up staying and taking heavy allergy meds because we were completely exhausted. The only good thing about the hotel was the check in woman who apologized over and over and tried to make it right by offering to let us try the second room or refund our money and try to find another hotel. We will NEVER stay at another Best Western as long as they do not set aside rooms that are completely pet free. We love animals, but they should NOT be forced on us in hotels or restaurants or grocery stores. This hotel was also very dated and needs upgrading badly.

Nice stay for the price. Limited decent dining options in the area which has every fast food option. Breakfast selection was okay with a few hot items and bread products.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time but soon after. Room was in decent condition but there was no soap anywhere in the room for washing hands. There was a refillable tissue box in the bathroom but it was empty. The shower had a curtain but no liner - not sure if the curtain was supposed to double as a liner, but it didn’t seem like a water proof material so I’m not sure.

I like staying at this hotel. When we are in the area, this is where we stay. Very clean, friendly staff and quite area. I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel.
