Greit sentralt slitt
Greit sentrumsnært hotell (tidl Jurys inn) første gang her etter mange turer til Leeds! Uheldig med rommet? veldig lytt til naboen skyldes trolig n låst mellomdør!? Grei pris m frokost som var helt i UK standard! Ikke umulig at det bookes ved en senere anledning.

Dårlig renhold
Fikk tildelt handicap rom. Bad var skittent. Sopp langs kanter i dusj, og dusjforheng så gammelt at det var gult og stivt i nedre del. Ikke renhold på 3 overnattingsdøgn. Hyggelig reservasjons betjening.

Power went off in the room in the middle of the night. Clearly something that’s a common issue as the lady on reception knew straight away what to go and try and get it back on (this caused my phone and laptop not to charge through the night though which was an inconvenience ) socket next to bed have a little warning sign on saying phones only and the staff suggested/hinted that I could have plugged something else in there which wasn’t true. I’m an electrician and don’t really understand why the rooms would be wired in a way that a single fault kills the power to the room lights, bathroom lights, as well as all sockets. Bathroom was also fairly grubby and had sharp metal bits above the bath where it looked like handrails had been removed/ripped off the wall. Breakfast was nice. In a good location next to the river and only a short walk into the centre of Leeds.

I think this hotel was a very wonderful place to stay. The room and beds are lovely and the staff were very kind. We also had a nice view and a decent TV. My only complaint would be the shower was not quite strong enough but still good.

The hotel is easily within walking distance for evening nightlife shopping. The immediate area is clean and tidy with a convenient Sainsbury's just round the corner. The staff are friendly and the room was clean and a good size (the bed was amazing). I'd pint for one of the executive suites though as I seem to remember the standard rooms are a bit small and basic. Overall I'd happily stay here again. Very happy with our booking.

The hotel is very basic and the price point for it is wrong. Too expensive for what they offer, or what the don’t offer. I would describe the hotel as functional with out a functional price point

Honestly, it was not great! So our door keys had to be well I lost count how many times, the air con did not heat up so had to ask for a heater the bathroom had grout all over walls and something on shower curtain that looked like blood from god knows where from! Also the bath panel had a bit come away and if your like me that sits on the edge of the bath and take your socks off well this hurt my foot as it was sharp! We could not connect to the free WiFi was told maintenance would come the next day and a manger to see us yet never happened staff seemed friendly and very nice but for a four star this in my opinion is far from carpet seems in hall ways torn and have gaps and I was in a superior executive king room that was not superior in my beliefs no offer of a room move and also a gap that was so big under the door that I could not sleep properly as it felt unsafe yes we stayed as we travelled rather far and my husband really enjoys Leeds the gap under the door so big I have pictures that the remote can easily fit under it also was told that would be sorted during our visit out the first night and was not! Shall be requesting a refund of somewhat that does live up to the star rating and expectations you portray to the guest as this was not a great experience and I know you was fully booked but nothing offered to us for an apology for the issues with the room at all yet we spoke to several staff who said they would put it on handover for the managers.

Impossible to park nearby the hotel, we drove around in circles for a long time. Lobby area is pleasant and open. Keycard entry to the lifts not in use. Corridoors to rooms dreary, rooms OK but wouldn't run to stay here again.

Originally booked a standard room but the loo light didnt work so was upgraded to an executive room. Thank you!! Breakfast was delicious I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit salad and the buffet mushrooms. Hubby enjoyed it all!! Was walkable distance to city centre and to the national museum of armouries

Never again!
Awful. Had to change room 3 times, the first had a leak and a dirty old paint bucket to catch the water. The second the air conditioning was set to a low temperature and broken so the room was very cold. The third, the shower was broken. In all rooms the carpets were cleary not cleaned and contained hair grips and miscellaneous items along with visible scraps of paper etc.
