Skuffende treg flyplasstransport
Booket et rom på dette hotellet da min femårige sønn og jeg skulle lande på JFK sent på kvelden, og ville trenge et greit sted å sove før vi reiste videre neste morgen. Når vi endelig kom gjennom passkontrollen og fikk hentet bagasjen var det etter midnatt og da tok det nesten en time med venting før bilen som skulle hente oss endelig dukket opp. På dette tidspunktet var sønnen min helt utmattet. Det luktet rart i heisen og i korridorene på hotellet, og kranen i dusjen på badet dryppet konstant, det gikk ikke an å skru den 100% igjen. Pluss for kjøleskap på rommet og gratis toalettartikler. Sengen var komfortabel og det var passende temperatur på rommet. Fikk ikke tid til å prøve den enkle frokosten, da vi måtte reise videre tidlig neste morgen.

Var innom i forbindelse med en mellomlanding på vei videre. Veldig hyggelig betjening og et fantastisk tilbud med shuttle til JFK. Veldig hyggelige folk som jobber der

Poor continental breakfast
I had high expectations for this hotel as it had good ratings. I was first disappointed over their shuttle service which did not come to pick me up at adviced location. I had to take a cab. The room we not clean and I found used face masks under the table. The breakfast was the worst. I had to ask the staff to clean the tables which shr did without washing then. The selection of food was poor. Only juice, cofee, cereals, toast, baglles, jam, spread cheese and peanut butter.

Deceiving..although they advertise free parking and hotel shuttle, you cannot leave your car there while you travel. So we booked this to avoid airport parking, and upon check in learned that we still had to pay airport parking anyway. Waste of money!

I was waking up twice with a wrong phone call and someone waking me up at 12:30 because it was given my room key by error. Good think I locked my door. Unacceptable

This hotel is perfect for just an overnight stay before your flight. They do offer free breakfast wifi and parking so thats a plus and literally less than 10 mins from jfk airport

First we entered no greet reception guy very rude,room stinks badly asked housekeeping to spray air freshener as dirty carpets so no air freshener works. Nothing nearby in walking not convenient location . Please think before booking .

Parking is very good . Even though we didn’t use shuttle service I noticed that they were efficient. Only one front desk person when we checked in around 8 pm and there was a very long line at the front desk. Front desk agent got overwhelmed and confused

This is not a hotel, it can’t be…. I had a terrible experience with them that did cost me almost $380 for 1 night. While booking one night through Expedia I made a mistake in the dates and 3 minutes later ( from 18 to 19 April) they said go back to Expedia who informed me that such mistakes happen and not to worry, the hotel will understand and be helpful. Meanwhile, they recommended to make another booking for the one night with the correct dates at the same hotel. I accepted so I can prove to the management there that it was a mistake and here I am showing on the correct date. Once I arrived I asked to solve my case and refund the night that I booked by mistake. The front desk told me that it was not his business and his accounting department are off till Monday . I told him I will be leaving on Saturday but he insisted to help. The next day I left hoping that my little issue will be solved easily since I made another booking. Surprisingly, I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel refused …!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable wether by the hotel or by Expedia who should be supporting there clients and members against this kind of irresponsible behavior from a hotel … I will never booking through the app again … am really disappointed.

Way overpriced for what it is. If you only a place for one night it’s fine. My issue was the shuttle service from the airport. I waited an hour and a half and called multiple times and ended up taking an Uber. There was 2 other people in the same situation because they don’t tell you a different shuttle with a different name on it will pick you up. I will never stay here again.
