Flott hotell! Rene og pene rom, og virker ganske nytt. Basseng området er rent og pent, men er ikke så veldig stort. Ligger litt utenfor the strip, men tilbyr gratis shuttlebusser inn til the strip. Parkering er inkludert, med kort vei til resepsjon, så perfekt om du har leiebil.

Pleasantly surprising, this is definitely the perfect alternative to staying on the strip! This could very well be a 5 star hotel, this place definitely exceeded my expectations!!

If the room has a microwave or refrigerator it would have been a better stay. Windows has a lot of fingerprints on them.

Hôtel sympathique, personnel très agréable sauf la personne qui nous a fait le check-in, aucune explication et 100$ pris en plus en tant que « caution » mais aucune explication donnée. Retour à la réception le lendemain pour savoir le pourquoi du comment et aussi pourquoi notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyée plusieurs jours alors que le DND n’était pas mis sur la porte… près de 2 semaines passées dans cet hôtel et les draps ont été changés qu’une seule fois, des bouteilles d’eau mises à disposition dans la chambre après 10 jours de séjour. À part ça, ça va, la piscine n’est pas toujours nettoyée comme il faut mais ça reste convenable pour un 4*. Mais ce n’est pas un palace. Ne vous méprenez pas

Honestly, I found the hotel to be better than expected, but I have to admit that my expectations were pretty low. The room itself was spacious and clean. I just hate that even the non-smoking floors still reek of cigarette smoke. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I was shocked how much Vegas prices have gone up. Might as well be SoCal. My biggest complaint is that they closed the pool at 6:00pm on a day that was nearly 100°! As of that weren't insult enough, they brought in several Security people to clear the area as if being in the pool were a crime. Didn't appreciate that at all. The rest of the stay was, again, better that expected.

I reserve two rooms. One room did not have not have curtains. When I called the front desk they wanted to put me on hold. I told them NO and told me housekeeping will take an hour to come to the room and figure out why there wasn't any curtains. The rooms were not clean at all. All sorts of debris on the floor and the rooms and hallways were dark and dated.

First time staying at this property. Nice selection of restaurants. Highly recommend the Oyster Bar!!! The dealers in the Blackjack & Craps tables were friendly which is nice when you’re playing. Reception and restaurant staff professional and efficient. The rooms were very nice and clean!! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars, the mattress was the worst - lumpy and extremely uncomfortable!!!

The property was nice, a bit dim (all day) but easy to navigate. The room was spacious with a nice view of the city and it was cleaned daily in the late morning/early afternoon. The room service was delicious and reasonably priced! There is a person guarding the elevators to make sure guests are entering, however it seemed like a homeless man was on one of the floors when the elevator stopped on its way down (he was wandering around the casino taking unfinished cigarettes from ash trays earlier in the day), so that made me feel a bit odd. But other than that everything was great. Parking was super easy never had to go too far into the garage, and the location was in close driving proximity to everything.

Horrible experience. Door lock malfunctioned and would not operate the entire day. Staff told us to return later and it will be fixed. After we returned, we were still locked out. Ultimately gave us a hotel card only meant for staff. Hotel refused to make it right or comp any of our trip even though we had no access to our room for a majority of the day.

Average stay. Cleaing staff was nice, on point. Security was nice. Nothing really wowed me. I like not staying right on the strip, but you can tell there's like minimal effort from the staff that yields a minimal experience I guess. Nothing bad to say really.

It literally took us 20 min in line to check in. Then when I requested the king bed I was told only a the king suite was available, however the ppl behind us who we ended up talking to during our wait in line, got a king size bed. The reservationist was AWESOME! She was very pleasant. We wish we could get snacks after midnight limited dining

Enjoyed having restaurants there in hotel that covered all the bases of tastes, flavor and cultures. Yet kept in mind we are in America. I have stayed in Las Vegas many times but never here. This in the one hotel that every employee made me feel welcome and I was important. The kindness and attention to detail by everyone, including security, was amazing. I'm on the road for business about 200 nights a year. I have now found a place to call home in Las Vegas. Thank you to you all !

We loved the Brass Fork. Great food and service. We liked being off the strip. A more casual vibe, less crowds. The pool area and bar made for a nice relaking day. Would stay again.

The room was missing a Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. It was clean in the room, but walking into the lobby was awful because of the stale second-hand smoke from the casinos. You had to buy your own coffee from Starbucks or the cafe. For almost $200 a night, you would think these things would come with your stay.

The room was nice and clean, front desk clerks are very helpful, and the nightly rates were good, only thing I will complain is the resort fee, they should lower it down since the casino hotel is not on the strip.
