Crazy neighbor yelling at himself two nights in a row, only thing done was the front desk called him, no going to his room or asking him to leave for disturbing the peace. No hot water second day. Key cards stopped working second day as well. Kitchen with no kitchen supplies. Bathroom cheap products such as toilet seat and paper. No housekeeping at all unless there for more than 4 days.

Gave away my room and canceled my reservation at 11:30pm while I was waiting to deboard my cross-country night flight. Reservation had been made weeks prior and confirmed late arrival in email (could check in up to 2am according to the hotel). Had to find new accommodations on the fly in the airport at midnight. Refund took a week to process.

Staff was unaccommodating. I requested towels and was told I would have go downstairs to front desk to get them. I booked multiple rooms at the same time. I was give one room on the 2nd fl and the other on the 3rd fl. When I asked the front desk clerk if I could have both rooms on the same floor, she said no without even checking to see if that was a possibility. She did make any effort to accommodate my request. My room didn’t have an iron in it, so I request one from the front desk. I was told that they didn’t have anymore. There was no effort made to get one from a vacant room. My room had an iron broad, so I’m assuming there should have been an iron there also. Room keys didn’t work well. Wherever I would return to my room after 10 pm, my card wouldn’t work. I would have to go down to front desk to have card activated again.

Rooms are well equipped, everything you need for an extended stay including full sized fridge. Everything worked and was very clean. Staff was very helpful, including loaning scissors when we needed to get packaging open. Only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the picnic/park area in back of the hotel, which has a lot of trash and people have not picked up after their dogs. It was a bit depressing. Otherwise everything inside the hotel and the front area was very good.

I have stayed at the property multiple times and have no complaints. It is well kept, clean, staff are very nice. The only issue i have is that i noticed the stiffness of the bed this time. Not sure if it was a new mattress or what. But, i woke up sore on occasion. No other issues noted.

It was a very clean property and staff was very kind, but they did not have my room. I ordered walk-in shower because of a disability I have, but was told that the room was given to someone else before I arrived. I did not get to take a shower because of a tub being in room, but only 3 rooms left I had to take it. This is totally unacceptable even though the hotel itself was very nice. When you pay extra for a certain type of a room because of a disability it should be there. I even showed the young woman my reservation that stated a walk-in shower but she cold to nothing because of limited rooms

Poor quality, and smells like pets
The room smells immediately of dogs. It was significant. When checking in the person told me my room was not ready but i left my phone number to call me when it was ready. She said it wouldn't be too long before housekeeping had one ready. 2.5 hours later i came back and she had just checked in two other guests. I didn't get a call. The next day my key card didn't work so i came back down to the lobby. The same gal told me that my phone deactivated it. Thats not how RFID works and not scientifically possible, but whatever. There are absolutely no dishes, silverware utensils or cookware in the room despite the room being equipped with a kitchen. At most hotels, Those are typically standard in this type of room. Nearly every time i tried to use the elevator there was a housekeeper or maintenance person with a large cart taking up all of the space. The elevator is too small to squeeze into. I ended up taking the stairs nearly every time i went to my room. Overall this property is low quality, the staff seems disinterested or poorly trained. I did not get the feeling that guest satisfaction was prioritized. The hotel was not priced according to these flaws. It was overpriced for what it offered and i won't be returning to this hotel again

For guest looking to stay with us. We are not a full-service hotel. We are a nice small hotel away from the strip, if you're looking for a quiet place to stay, we are here for you. We will take care of issues mainly during the day when we have a full staff but at night, we are very limited. So, if you’re patient with us rest assured that the staff will help you out. Prices go up and down but if we are higher than normal that is usually because the city is sold out or double our price. So, in this case finding hotels that offer everything the guest wants was probably not available and to expect the same in every brand is not possible as all brands are different, especially 4 to 5 start hotels. Anonymous, I am glad to see that no issues were found in your second room, which tells us you got a nice clean room to stay in. Thank you

On Feb 02 We booked and paid a room with 2 queen beds for the feb 17 night . When we arrived . we been told there was only 1 room with 1 bed left. because overbooked By the daytime staff. It was very late in the evening . We are out of choice. But to sleep on the floor. That’s a smoking room also
