Ms. Rongey, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that our home didnt meet your personal taste, but this is the first time we have told that our home wasnt homey. Unfortunately, with short term rentals, there is a lot of wear and tear that occurs over multiple stays. We do our best to stay on top of any issues. As the blinds, we had ordered replacements for the entire home prior to your stay, but everything is taking longer these days, so unfortunately, they were not installed in time for your stay. There are 3 blinds in the dining room that are not opening and closing, so rather just replacing those 3 we decided to replace the blinds in the entire house to avoid any future issues and have them match. Also, new patio furniture has replaced the the previous set. The hot vegas sun really is hard on outdoor furniture and the recent record high winds in Vegas the past two months definitely tooks its toll on the cushions, which is why they were replaced last week, again when the new set had arrived. We are sorry you had issues with the hottub, but Jason explained to you over the phone that this happened because the hottub was left on overnight heating, so the water drained. Miguel came to the house to reset the control as it had been placed in service mode accidentally. It was an easy fix, which can easily happen if guest doesnt have familiarity with owning a pool. Instructions are written out in our manual. As far as decor, I am really unaware of what you are referring too, but I guess its just a matter of preference. The home is a modern, simplistic home and after Covid we simplified the decor to help keep our guests safer. Regardless, we appreciate your time in writing a review. Thanks Misti and Jason

Dear Ms. Teti, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations, but we strongly disagree with this review. You communicated with me & you told me that you were OCD and that the home had a couple issues, but you declined our offer to send the cleaners back to the house upon arrival. We had good communication with you, but now we see this negative review and we wonder what changed for you to write this review 45 days after your stay. 1. There was toilet paper in each bathroom, but we still had extra toilet paper delivered as we well we sent the handyman to replace the thermostat batteries. 2. Shower -- This was not brought to our attention during your stay. We specifically ask each guest to advise us of any house cleaning issues upon arrival, as we are happy to send our cleaners back for any oversight. 3. The outside patio lights require the labeled switch to be turned on located inside the living room. In addition. we have automated landscape lights that come on every night. All lights are labelled, however they do require someone to turn them on to work. 4. Noise ordinance is 10pm-7am per the city. We did not have any issues here, so not sure what the concern is. We have a no party policy and the city has a no loud music outside after hours. 5. Every smart TV has its own labeled remote control for each room. 6. The only photo that is not updated is a guest bedroom where we added a bunk bed in addition to the existing queen bed. 7. We are located in a private culdesac, w/ half acre lots & privacy. As you can see from previous reviews its a quick uber to the strip, walking distance to Starbucks, Restaurants, & stores. Lastly, you texted me that house was beautiful upon arrival. We even accommodated a late check out for you and your party. After you did check out we received a pic from the cleaners of the toilet seat lid being broken, so I asked you about it, but we didn't charge you for this. It is unfortunate you have written a review that is untrue and inaccurate. VRBO homes are not 'hotel's, but better in our opinion, but its not for everyone. This is our family business & an unfair review hurts our family as we strive to make all of our guests happy & provide a space for families/groups to be together. Its very unlikely that a party your size could have spent a weekend on the strip at any of the hotels 4 or 5 star hotels for what you paid. Best of Luck to you! Jason & Misti

Martine, This review isnt fair or reflective of our property, and was only written because we didnt agree to your threat that you would write a bad review if we didnt refund you 50 percent of your reservation. We offered you a full refund if you wanted to leave the property and find other accommodations, but you didnt want to. You arrived the same day that our previous guests had left that morning. Unfortunately, the cleaning company made a mistake and didnt clean the home, so we offered to refund you the cleaning fee and treat your group for dinner while we had the home cleaned. The company sent a crew of 4 people to the home 30 minutes after you arrived and had the house cleaned in 3 hours. You didnt want to go for dinner so we agreed to refund and additional $500. You then mentioned that there were no blankets on the couch, so my wife bought you 4 new throws for your stay and also had them delivered to you within 2 hours even though we had throw blankets in the closet. You complained about the basketball's, so we had a two new ones delivered with a pump even though there were 3 basketballs there already. We tried our best to make you happy, but nothing was going to work. As far as the maintenance crews, it is listed in the ad that our landscapers come weekly, along with our pool maintenance. They are licensed companies and have worked with us for many years. It is a standard practice in Las Vegas to have pool maintenance, landscaping and pest control. The valve did break on the hottub, but we didnt blame you for that, instead we sent Miguel to home to replace the valve ...again the same day you had reported it, and we had the valve fixed the same day. Your review of our home is inaccurate, misleading and unfair. We are a family who takes pride in our business and the fact that you are intentionally trying to hurt our business by giving us a bad review. The other things you mentioned in your review were never brought to our attention during your stay and could have been addressed quickly as we did with the items that were brought up. As far as the delayed response prior to your stay, we were mourning the loss of my husband's aunt to cancer. We are Jewish therefore we were sitting Shivah.
