Room was not ready when we got there. We had an event to attend & didn’t get our room on time to get ready. We had to leave and got out room when we got back from our event. Will never book with this hotel again

Ok. So this was my first trip to Vegas. And I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel(the rest of my trip was 50/50 good, bad). It's located in North Vegas, meaning a little ways north of the Vegas strip so be prepared for Uber and Lyft pricing. Ok so that's out the way....the hotel itself...LOVED IT!!! it's one of the newer ones who cater to those traveling on a budget. It's clean, the staff was great, quiet and kinda low key. They have slot machines and sports betting on premise(no table games), a sports bar with an upbeat feel to it. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the strip and about 8 minutes away from the Fremont area. I don't do reviews often but this place deserves it. I will definitely revisit when I go back !!!

Very noisy. Room was mostly clean but not in the best part of town. No resort fees is always a plus. Staff was friendly.

I paid for a non-smoking room. When I got there, I was told they were sold out, and all they had left was a smoking room, which stank. The hallways smelled like Marijuana, and the vending machines were broken. On the second night, there was NO parking in the parking lot. I had to park behind the hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. The music was blaring from the restaurant so loudly that it was difficult to sleep. The staff didn't seem like they could care less. I will NEVER use this hotel again.

I am sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, the room was reserved as a smoking room. The hotel does its best to accommodate smoking preferences. We can't always move a reservation once its been booked as the opposite preference. This was one of those times the hotel was full and we couldn't move to the preference at that time. Thank you for mentioning the music being so loud that you could hear it in your room. We will be looking into that issue immediately. Saturday night was a big fight in Vegas which caused the parking issue. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

My review more than the service/stay is about something very odd that happened. Regarding the service and hotel itself, is not bad at all if you're looking for an affordable place. The food from the restaurant/casino adjacent was good. My husband and I booked this hotel from April 26 - April 30. On Sunday April 28th, I received a call to the phone in the room from front desk at 2:00 AM. The call woke me up, so I answered it. It was a woman asking me if we wanted to extend our stay and basically add Sunday night. I explained to her our check-out wasn't until Tuesday to which she said oh and hung up. I stayed up for 2 hrs thinking how odd that call was. That same night (Sunday) I went to the front desk and brought it up. The lady I spoke with said she didn't know who called but that they don't call guests at that time unless there is a problem/emergency and that they never call to offer to extend a stay. She said she would bring it up to the manager. I asked again a different person the next day, but she knew nothing about it. We left without knowing who made the call or why did we get that call. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I have to say something in me didn't feel safe. I couldn't help but wonder if maybe someone was trying to check if we were in our room. It is a shame but I will not be staying here again because I wouldn't feel safe.

The atmosphere was good. We are a couple that usually sticks out but everyone was friendly and nice to us, even in the restaurant and casino area. Rooms were cleaned up for us whenever we got back from our outings.

For the price of the room on a regular weekday the room was decent. Suites are much nicer but the standard room for somewhere to sleep was suffice. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room is older and outdated. I dont understand why the showers dont have any place to hold a bar of soap you have to place it on the top of the toilet or hold it. My biggest problem was they put pet room right next to rooms with no pets so i heard a dog barking and crying all night. For 60 dollars no resort fee the room was good and worth it.

There was no water in swimming pool. The hotel smell like nothing but cigarettes we could not eat in the restaurant because of the smell of the smoking around the casino waa to strong. No ironin the room.

The hotel is run down. There are only about 90 rooms over 3 floors. One entry and exit door to hotel. It is attached to a Latino themed hotel with Latina women dressed in less than hooters. On my morning of check out the next room couple decided to have a domestic disturbance at 430am which included arguing, running the hall, and slamming the door to the room numerous times. I do not recommend this hotel.

Can’t sleep because all you hear is the highway, we woke up more than once to yelling and people fighting in the hallway, bathroom was dirty (walls & floors), shower curtain rod fell off on us, the sink had a foul smell when you would turn it on, and the carpet is disgusting. You also get sheets for blankets. Even though it’s the cheaper route, it’s so not worth it.

Rooms were clean enough and beds were comfortable. I had a room towards the back so didn’t hear too much of the noise coming from the casino. Liked that it had a small dog area. The staff were very friendly.
