Dirty rooms and bad service!
Incredibly bad service at check-in. Few staff and long queues to check in. The first room was incredibly dirty, loose nails by the bed and soda corks on the floor. Dusty and disgusting. Dirty carpets on the floors and dirty bathroom. Complained about the room and showed them a picture but only got a sour face back. Got a new room, but not with a regret. Just the card roughly thrown back. Was supposed to keep a suitcase, was sent out of the hotel to find someone outside. Was also met there by a grumpy employee. Was told to put ourselves in place to wait for people. Expensive stay to have such a low standard as this. Not recommended, until it is possibly renovated and the employees should be better service minded!!

When we got in to the hotel we were a bit shook up from an unfortunate and very scary cab experience. A very special young man took me under his wing with kindness and care. He upgraded our room to a perfect view of the Sphere and told me things were going to be fabulous! Thanks to the Horseshoe for hiring so well!

This hotel has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was filthy and dirty. It smelled awful. There were stains all over the walls from who knows what. The carpet looked like it was not vacuumed before us going in since we found little pieces of trash and a nasty toe nail from someone clipping their nails. The faucet from the bathroom was so dirty water was not clear. We wanted to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt and I regret it so much. If you are considering on staying here please don’t under any circumstances. I wish I could give this hotel a 0/5.

Spent 5 days in Las Vegas including 2 trips to the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. The hotel is central to all of the Las Vegas strip, making our tine there very walkable. There is easy access to public transport to go further afield and trip pick-up can be arranged at the Horseshoe or very close by. The one complaint is that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms and the coffee stands in the hotel are very pricey.

Valet parking busy but good experience. Check in was a nightmare. Room keys wouldn’t print, system crashed. Lobby assistant was miserable and couldn’t care. It was very busy, but a smile goes a long way. Struggled a bit to find the right lifts to get to our floor and no one to ask…. Waited so long to be acknowledged at the bar we eventually left without ordering. This hotel needs to remember its guests are who pays the wages. Would I come back? Probably, as it felt very safe, and was close to the strip, but customer service poor. Room large and clean. Would have been nice to have had rooms on the same floor when you book 2 together as one booking. Disappointed no tea/coffee making facilities in room. Disappointed pool was closed.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon entering my assigned room, I was horrified to discover a SNAKE in our room. Naturally, I immediately alerted the staff to this serious safety concern. However, instead of addressing the situation with the urgency it demanded, the staff's response was shockingly inadequate. Not only were they dismissive of the situation, but they went as far as mocking me, suggesting that the snake could be a toy or my pet. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guest safety is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, we discovered the snake on the second day of our stay, leading us to realize that it must have been in the room with us the whole time prior without us knowing. This revelation only added to our sense of unease and discomfort during our stay. Despite my insistence on being moved to a different room, the staff showed no sense of urgency or concern for my well-being. Eventually, I was relocated to another room. However, the problems did not end there. The new room was not adequate with noticeable stains on the bedding, including what appeared to be blood. To make matters worse, there was no toilet seat, making basic hygiene impossible. The lack of customer service and the appalling conditions of the rooms at Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel left me deeply disappointed and disturbed. No room service! $50 resort fee. Parking fee is $20 or $25 every time you leave the garage! Finding the parking garage is nuts due to construction! A mojito cost $24! Check in via a machine.!

The room was dirty. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed because there was confetti and crumbs all over the floor. There was empty store bags left behind in the drawers. Not to mention the loud sounds of each toilet being flush on the floor literally could hear each rooms restroom flush which sounded like jet fuel engines.

We are just leaving out what was favourite place to stay in Las Vegas. Our first room we checked in to was disgusting. I’ve stayed in probably. 200 different hotels. Never had an issue with cleanliness. It was bad so I went and talked to our lobby administrator. Figured I would upgrade the room to avoid anything bad. Paid the upgrade the room was filthy. Went and talk to the hotel manager. She offered to wave 2 days resort fees.and put us on a higher floor. In summation we got our third. We had to pack all our clothes up again and move. Bell service is extra. We got our third room and the balcony door doesn't shut letting in sound. So we listened to an open window in Vegas which is busy lots Of sirens. So our stay again want to say 1 out of 6 it’s been terrible. We had to go down the emergency stairs due to checkout only one elevator is working. There are homeless people living in the stairwells. I never brought this up taking to the manager. But if you want a saw experience escape room just take the elevator to floor 5 and walk through that. It hasn’t been cleaned in months or weeks. We walked over what looked like human pee pads. Needles and homeless beds. This has been my favourite place to stay never had one issue. I’m disgusted by the way we’re treated this time. We will not be coming back here again

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t provide at list coffee in the rooms a force to get coffee outside for. Almost $6 for small one, the charges for the parking.

I arrived at 10pm and went straight to the check in kiosks. The machine told me my room wasn’t ready and it would text me when it was, so I had to stand in a very long check in line. There’s no way my room wasn’t ready by 10pm. Customer service was okay but not great and my room was pretty far from the elevators. Bottom line is I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room wasn’t cleaned well. The bathroom area had a significant amount of wear and tear, in addition to being dusty. The room had a great view of the LinQ and Sphere. The location is a little least then midway on the stripe which was great for me.
