God beliggenhet Down Town. Gangavstand til Fremont street experience. På godt og vondt, lyden er noe sjenerende på natten. Lett tilgjengelig med bil. Rask innsjekk. Middels frokost. Noe utdaterte rom, men de fungerer. God seng! Fint og stort Pool-område.

Good experience
Good stay for the weekend! Nice personnel that was very helpful with everything. Free Breakfast and parking. Great pool area! 10 min uber drive from the center of The Strip but still a lot of going around Hotel area.

Stayed Sunday through Thursday with a group of eight. Loved being right across the street from the paved access to Fremont street. The pool was great and the should take about the cabana deal more. Cost 300 and first 300 of drinks and food free! Great deal to have them wait on your group at the pool!! My room was very nice some of the group that didn’t book through Expedia rooms were a bit small and no coffee pot or fridge…loved the small casino too with low minimum tables!!

staff were INCREDIBLY rude. I initially got sent to a room that was double booked at the management walked in on a lady in the room as we were standing outside waiting to be let in. Our new room was a single king even though we booked for 2 queens. I was promised the resort fee would be a waived because of all the double booking issues. the next morning the front desk member at checkout says there is no note of that left on the file. when I explained what happened last night he processes the report fee refund with attitude and so rudely. It made me so upset and ruined the first day of my trip. First night in Vegas and we were traumatized by what happened.

I’ve been coming to this location since they first opened. The property is well-maintained and I always enjoy my stay there. I was a little surprised, however that there wasn’t daily housekeeping. Having said that the rooms are in decent shape and are well-maintained. There are plenty of good eating options, both in the hotel and across the way from the hotel. There is also a new food court about a block away with great food options.

The breakfast was pretty decent (except they were out of salt the whole stay??) but make sure you get it early. Room wasn’t the cleanest, but staff was nice and called every morning to see if we needed anything.

Great place to stay to explore Freemont st... just far enough away to get away from noise.. only downside to property is the pool hours?? If you plan to swim after six pm choose a different hotel and if you need shade plan to pay for it.

The employees were top notch and made my stay the most enjoyable. The only issue I had was that the elevators weren't working in the parking garage and only 1 elevator working to get to the rooms.

I got in the long line to check in at 3:30 and did not get a room until 6. I only got in at that time because I got back in the long line and advised them that I still had not received the text or e mail I was told would be 45 minutes after I first checked in.

Check in process was flawed, slow and unclear. After completing the online pre-check-in, only one of the special fast kiosks worked and not very well. No on available to answer questions or help, except behind the reception desk, which took another 20 minutes. A big mess!

Stayed here a few times in the past enjoyed it in 2023. Now Rude employees, pool area closes to early, rude bartenders, rooms should have at least a small refrigerator, had to ask for room to be cleaned. The positive was the restaurant food was good. Had to wait to be seated for 10 minutes and the restaurant was empty.

After we arrived at the property i could not use the self check kiosk because it could not find my reservation so we go to the counter the staff member informs me the room i booked was unavailable (i just over heard her tell the guest before us the same thing) and it was there error so she would upgrade us at no cost and that we would "be very happy with this room" by the way we booked a room with a jetted tub due to my bad back we finally get to the room and it was not even close to making us happy i go to the bathroom to use the toilet the lid was closed i open it and at least 10 fruit flies flew out of it and there are many more dead in the toilet at this point its no big deal i flush it the room was nothing special anyways i go to turn the shower on to freshen up the shower will not come on just slow drip at this point im so mad i call the front desk and explained that the shower was not working to the manager she just says come back down we will change your room great we go back down stairs bags in tow wait in a 5 person line of unhappy guest that did not have the room they booked get to the counter and the manager takes us i hand her the key and she goes what are you doing checking out? I said no our shower in our room is not working she replied not with a sorry but with a maam you dont need to be loud with me i didnt know what you came down here for so i told her we just need a room with a working shower so i can freshen up they give us another room very bad service

Front desk was excellent. Helpful and friendly, on point. Pool staff not so good. I wanted to charge my drinks to my room since I had beverage credits. I was told that I needed to pay cash because I the "computer " said that I checked out which was a big fat lie. That was upsetting. It was a quiet weekday and she probably wanted cash and cash tips. I get that, just say that though. Otherwise it was very clean. My room was great and the location was good.

Celebrated my birthday had a wonderful stay and the manger on duty during my stay was excellent she was very accommodating and made sure I had an amazing experience. Hats off to the valet parking also in and out with no problem.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property! Based on prior reviews I had some major concerns, non of which manifested. The hotel was clean, smelled great, had a small but adequate casino, nice bars, an okay pool area (could use more plants) very nice staff and surprisingly good food! The rooms were decent but lacked extras like a shower cap, q-tips, fridge, not enough towels. We were also not able to reach front desk in the middle of the night, no one answered. Over all we had a great stay!
