«This was the first time I used VRBO and couldn’t be happier with our stay. This location was close to everything near Dana Point, very quiet neighborhood and super clean place. I booked this stay with my sisters and we felt right at home. Nancy answered questions promptly, we didn’t have many, everything was neatly placed in a binder near the kitchen, great reference and it provided area maps with ideas on restaurants and shopping. «Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the ...

«The property was ideally suited for our needs as it was close to the area where our American relatives live. We did not spend a lot of time in the accommodation but when there it was comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It is in a good area and close to a lot of beaches and coastal towns.»

«Place is ok. Biggest downside is the toilet is too tight and the lighting is poor. I don't really like property managers because they are not personable. Got locked out once because of a faulty lock. Great location.»

«The condo was spotless, updated, and very well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking/running. A lot of amenities close by and a quick 10-15 minute drive down to Laguna Beach. The host made sure the condo was well stocked and made check in easy.»

«Fawlty towers California. No service at all. Poor and slow WiFi. Felt like They didnt want me as a guest. Very strange experience. Lots of traffic noice from interstate 1, which is next neighbour. I would not recommend, and no way return. Rooms are not serviced, and were poor cleaned upon arrival. However location is excellent. 5 minutes from city centre and 1 minute to The beach. But i have never, never felt less welcomed anywhere, than here. »
