«My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. «Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.»

«This villa was clean and quiet, easy to check in and just a half mile from Spanish Springs Square. Having use of golf cart was imperative to us as we used Groome Transportation to get to and from airport. Communication with Tatyana was excellent.»

«We had a great stay. The unit is attached to the owners home but we had plenty of privacy! The home was clean and beds were comfortable. The bird feeders brought constant birds into the serene back yard. My fiance enjoyed his time on the lake. He went out every single day and caught over 60 fish during our stay. This was the perfect location to mount Dora and the owner was responsive and helpful.»

«Stayed 5 nights to visit with relatives in The Villages and explored the area in the Golf Cart, used the village center pool, played golf and hosted friends at house. Met very friendly neighbor and became friends. Overall property was well supplied and layout was excellent, only drawback was that floors left our bare feet and socks dirty.»

We enjoyed all the activities from the nearby pool to pickleball to archery lessons. Many wonderful restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered any questions.
