«Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!»

«We found this place last minute so we could travel from Pa to say our see you layers to our Marine. Super clean, large place. Wonderful views of the ocean from the living room/kitchen windows. Everything we needed to get that family time in! If he ends up bk in port after deployment we’ll be back!!! Rick was great to work with, allowed us to move our bikes into the foyer area so they were safer. Thank you!!»

«Great location and easy parking next to the secure door of your unit. Just steps up to a well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dinning area, terrific kitchen, and hall living quaters. Step outside and you can walk to Jarretts art gallery, little wine shop, a play house, an art boutique and oriental Tai food. Beach is 1 block away with new resturants and High Tides has great bands playing on the weekends. Just cant say enough about what a terrific stay we had. Enjoy!»

«We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms. ...

«The ceiling was low, bathroom sink was clogged. Bathroom floor needs work. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Loved being at the beach. They have a different Property i stayed at on an earlier date that was great. Although we didnt care for the mentioned things, the process was easy and the owners were good to deal with.»
