Rommet hadde en glassdør inn til toalettet som var åpent på toppen, noe som gjorde det ubehagelig å bruke toalettet om andre var på rommet. Det var kun ett forheng som skilte "badet" og resten av rommet. Burde heller hatt fokus på at det skulle vært brukervenlig fremfor det estetiske.

Top class service
Veldig fornøyd med frokost, rom og hotellet generelt. Burde kansje ha tapas retter i menyen ved bassenget(sushi og smoothiebowl). Utmerket service, alltid vennlige og hyggelige personal som vil hele tiden hjelpe deg. Spa kunne ha vært bedre.

Flott opphold! De ansatte gikk ut av sin vei for å gjøre oppholdet vårt perfekt. Etter en natt med mye støy på naborommet, fikk vi flytte rom til ett større enn det vi hadde fra før. Anbefaler hotellet på det høyeste.

Nice pool but high buildings around that made shadows. Room was okay but not very big. Breakfast and dinner was Nice, but lunch not that good. Prices high in this hotell for almost everything. But Nice staff

Fantastiske The Stones Hotel
Hotellet er helt topp. Bassengområdet er kjempestort og flere av solsengene ligger ute i vannet. Det er en poolbar som har happyhour fra klokken 15-18. Når denne åpner kommer det også en DJ som spiller musikk. Før dette spilles det loungemusikk med avslappet stemning. Veldig god mat og gode drinker. Rommet er stort og har en kjempefin balkong med badekar og en liten sofa. Personalet var alltid behjelpelig og hyggelig. Frokosten var helt fantastisk med all verdens utvalg, egen smoothiestasjon, egen nudelstasjon, egen egg-stasjon, egen vaffel/pannekake stasjon og masse varmmat. Stranden er bare rett over gaten og sentrum er en liten gåtur unna. Wifi fungerte utmerket. Vi hadde en flott opplevelse av hotellet og ønsker veldig gjerne og komme tilbake hit.

Huge property with strict security measures. Large breakfast selection and plenty of pool lounges. We loved the iceypole on arrival, in place of a standard welcome drink. Check in was for 3pm. We arrived just prior to 3pm, but could not access our room until 4pm, so sat around for an hour in the heat, waiting. Room was clean with free minibar and fruit basket, which was a lovely touch. I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and reception staff were extremely helpful with arranging immediate transport to the hospital. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were all lovely, helpful, very approachable and friendly. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Reasonably priced laundry service. Close to a variety of other dining options, taxis and other transport at doorstep daily. Close to shopping, Melasti Markets, across the road from the beach. One negative was the spa in the pool could do with a scrub around the edges however the rest of the pool area was wonderful. Would come again.

The hotel is a bit old and we saw a few roaches in our room at night for a few days which was a bit of a disappointment. Don’t know if it’s because our room is on the first floor. They should do a better job for the pests. But I do have to say, it has a nice pool and restaurant food is nice too. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient to eatery and shopping and of course the beach!

This hotel was amazing! I couldn’t say enough about the hotel, the staff and the time we had there. The rooms were always stocked and clean, the staff always at attention to assist and always willing to offer recommendation for where to go and what to do. It is a quiet neighbourhood, less party spot but is very calm and safe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone possible and will be back. I miss it already.

Great pool area, great breakfast, and friendly staff everywhere. Rooms are good size (outward facing rooms have no balcony), our choice to stay in a room with no balcony, but next time with have a room with a balcony). IMO needs a better menu for poolside food. Short walk for many food choices, or dine in at the hotel restaurant. Plenty of transport available out front of hotel.

The breakfast buffet have various options. Music at the pool side would be good for a 'party person' though, it was too loud and noisy even in the room.
