Langt fra 5 stjerner
Veldig hard seng og puter som ble til harde flatbrød etter noen timer. Sov veldig lite pga dette og våknet med vondt i ryggen. Klagde på sengen, men først på natt 3 la vaskepersonalet på en overmadrass som hjalp noe. Opplevde ingen service fra «gjengen» som hang bak innsjekkdisken. Ingen strykemuligheter, kaldt vann i bassenget, hårføner som gikk varm etter 2 min og slo seg av. Hull i flere håndklær (bilde) og badekåpe. Vegghengte såper. Selve rommet var ganske stort og fliser på bad. Rent ellers. Gjengen i resepsjon virker uinteressert og lite hjelpsomme. Den ene dagen ble rommet først rengjort kl 1730 etter flere spørsmål om dette. Dynetrekk var skittent ved ankomst, se bilde.

Superfornøyd
Fantastisk hotell. Ligger svært sentralt plassert. De ordnet blomster og vin på bestilling som sto klart på rommet ved ankomst. Flott spa anlegg på hotellet, stort basseng, boblebad og badstuer. Bestilte også henting og bringing til/fra flyplass. Alt fungerte smertefritt. De bruker trygge ordentlige biler. Vi bestilte uten frokost, da det er stort utvalg av restauranter i nærheten. Vi skal reise tilbake hit. Helt stille om nettene.

Fantastisk opphold i Krakow.
Et fantastisk hotell som vi under vårt opphold ikke har noe å klage på bortsett fra et litt støyende luftkjøle system på rom nr 108. En fantastisk frokostbuffé som gjorde starten på dagen helt spesiell. Spa delen med badebasseng og boblebad var det heller ingen ting å utsette på. Hotellet ligger meget strategisk til med gå avstand til det meste av severdigheter.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at Hotel Unicus Palace. We got a big room with two balconys, and the bed were amazing! Great service, good breakfast, nice pool area, and great location in the old town of Krakow. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely hotel - centrally located
Great hotel centrally located in the old town. Everything in walking distance inside the border of the old town. 20 minutes walk to the jewish quarter. Reception and entrance to the hotel was a little bit small but this is an old building that they have renovated so not surprised by that. Det beste er beliggenheten!
Det første rommet vi fikk hadde ikke 5-stjernes standard (rom 306). Vi fikk byttet etter første natt. Det var mye bedre. Fantastisk beliggenhet! Litt for varmt på rommet om natten, selv om vi hadde AC på det laveste. Litt dumt at en må bestille frokost. Det beste er å velge selv.

Kjempefint hotell med servicen på topp
Hotellet ligger i hovedgaten. Svært sentralt midt en flott by. Det ser helt anonymt utenfor med et lite skilt foran hovedinngangen. Men innenfor var det resepsjon som tok i mot deg med servicenivået på topp. Fine store rom. Stort bad. Gode senger. Godt lydisolert. Flott spaanlegg hvor det var godt med plass.. Veldig god frokost hvor det i tillegg kunne bestilles egne ønsker fra meny. Alle ansatte kunne kommunisere på engelsk. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste. Vi vil bo der neste gang vi er i Krakow
