Superfint hotell! Ble totalrenovert rett før covid stengte det ned. Alt er nytt og fresht, men likevel lunt og koselig. Interiøret føles luksuriøst med flotte lamper, kunst, slipte speil, skinn- og fløyelsmøbler. Veldig hyggelig personale, god frokost, god middag, og baren serverte de kanskje beste drinkene jeg noen gang har fått. Flott velværeavdeling. Bassenget har flere typer massasjedyser med godt trykk. Man kan svømme noen få tak, så det er større enn et vanlig boblebad, men det er ikke et svømmebasseng. Tilbud om massasje på hotellet, men prøvde ikke. Rommet hadde stor kingsize seng. Den var komfortabel, det samme var lenestolene. Veldig fint rom og bad. Nespressomaskin og minibar. Ligger i gangavstand til både markedsplassen og det jødiske kvarteret, midt mellom de to bydelene, og nær elva og slottet. Anbefales!

Nydelig hotell
Dro som par, hadde et flott opphold. Vil spesielt trekke fram renholdet av rommet. Tror aldri vi har vært på et så rent hotellrom noen gang. Rommet var nydelig, og servicen ved hotellet var upåklagelig. Det eneste, om vi skal være veldig pirkete, var servicen ved frokosten. Utvalget var flott, og hadde alt du kunne ønske deg. Men det var stadig tomme fat, tomt for juice etc. Vi fikk heller aldri spørsmål om vi ville ha påfyll av kaffe. Men som sagt, dette er kun småpirk. Alt i alt er vi strålende fornøyde med oppholdet.

Nice and clean hotel. Good service, but the server at the resturant could be a little more nice during breakfast service. She got the orders wrong, and served my husband omelette with pork (we do not eat pork). The usb/socket on one side of the bed was broken which was really annoying, since we both wanted to charge our phones while surfing after a long day in Kraków.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are especially friendly and efficient. It’s located in a convenient area with a 10 minute walk to the centre and 2 minutes from the river and Wawel Castle. There was some road works going on close to the hotel, but they’re likely to be completed soon. Overall an excellent place to stay in Kracow.

This is a remarkable hotel, from the moment we arrived staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us in fact one lovely male employee came after us and asked if we needed an umbrella s it was going to rain. The room was huge we had 2 singles in a premier room. Best hotel I have ever stayed

No hesitation in recommending this hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Good choice for breakfast, everything nicely presented. What really stood out was the exceptional service offered by the staff, they went above and beyond. As an example, heavy local traffic prevented taxis from picking us up to take us to the airport. To get round the problem, a member of staff arranged a taxi to meet us 5 minutes away. He walked with us and stayed until we were on our way. Definitely 5 star service.

We’ve just arrived home from a wonderful stay at The Bachleda. The hotel itself is stunning, the attention to detail was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. We looked forward to our breakfasts each morning, the food was fantastic and there is a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. We also made use of the sauna and pool facilities after our busy days out and about exploring Krakow (as well as the bar downstairs, which served excellent cocktails). Thank you very much for such a memorable stay!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Lovely hotel, excellent staff, very attentive. Rooms very comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Really nice ambience. Definitely lived up to 5 stars. Close to town and the river. We ordered a taxi with the hotel and because it was 10 minutes late, they paid for it, which we totally didn’t expect. So excellent, one of the best hotels for service.

Fantastic property, great breakfasts, good kitchen, well stocked rooms. Nearly a 5 star hotel! The only observation is that the bed was turned over the first night and never again, and the presentation of the laundry was lacking. Everything else was truly fantastic.
