Femstjerners luksushotell med tilhørende prisnivå på mat og drikke. Strålende service, flotte fellesområder og barer/restauranter, men rommene bærer preg av slitasje. Små hakk, skader og sår i møblementet vitner om at det er en stund siden rommene ble oppgradert. Sengene er rett og slett fantastiske! Palm Court er et gedigent pluss. Utrolig hyggelig sted for en drink eller bare ettermiddagskaffe. Alt i alt, som man kan forvente i denne ligaen, men mange hakk under Rosewood og The Peninsula i samme by.

Great hospitality and 5 star service
We had the Executive Club room, which had a lot more extra value than we imagined. Private check-in, free pressing and hotel car (which we not used) Access to lounge all day and night with great hospitality from the staff. Food, drinks and even Champagne served without extra cost. Good help to book tables and find ways to get to different locations out of city. Late check out and use of wardrobes/showers in the Fitness area for changing before leaving for our midnight flight. There are no panoramic views from this hotel, but it seems that the staff wants to compensate this with great service. We do not know if guests with "regular" rooms without Club Access feel it the same way, but if we come back would we have the same room type. Perfect location on the Kowloon side, 5 minutes to Star Ferry, 2 minutes to the MTR.

Old British style luxury hotel with lots of character. The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that.

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. The staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, especially the room maids who always greet you every day with a smile and some friendly chat. The rooms are large and very well equipped. Only a couple of slight negatives to mention. 1. They do not provide and sugar in the room, so if you take your teat/coffee with sugar then you would need to bring your own, or grab some from the breakfast room when your in there. 2. We found the coffee service to be a bit of hit and miss on occasions. Some mornings it was fine, but on others, we had to chase it up before getting our coffee. Also, when they pour the coffee into your mug, they only ever fill it to half way full, never to the top? We could never understand why they did this? However, neither of the two points above really detract from this being a fantastic hotel in a great location with superb staff. If we ever go back to Hong Kong, we would not hesitate to stay at the Langham again. Highly recommend this hotel

Although I requested the cleaning service late, they kindly agreed to do the cleaning for me. It was clean and comfortable.

It is at the heart of TST, and shopping is right at the area. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The "lounge" access is great convenience for food and drinks.

Great Location and luxurious
Great location. Staff are courteous and greet you at the entrance. Very effective at check-in reception. Hotel room is clean and bright; appears as of a new build. Did have some hiccup at time of booking but their reservation team was really helpful and efficient ;even called us at UK to explain the details. Would definitely book again in future!

Frustration
It is truly frustrating not to receive support from hotels.com (expedia group) when a situation like the snow storm in Texas on January 15 and 16 caused the cancellation of thousands of flights and caused disruption to my wedding anniversary trip. 50 years. Even calling The Langham and followed by sending documents proving the flight canceled and rescheduled for 2 days The Langham did not want to waive the charges for the first night. That really is in very bad taste. It is incredible that a hotel of that category is so inconsiderate. An apology for the negative comment but my wife and I feel very bad since we were not able to enjoy Hong Kong since we were only there for 1 day because we took a The Seabourn Cruise on January 20 and we chose The Langham on the recommendation of the cruise line Seabourn. Thank you

Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was nicely appointed, though not as large as I expected. The only thing I hated during my stay was the fact that the room was next to the Harmony Suite, which was used by two separate wedding parties during our three-day stay. If you know anything about Chinese weddings, then you can imagine how loud, starting early in the morning until the middle of the night, it was during our day. There were people talking, laughing, and sometimes screaming with the door open next door to us.
