The service is excellent. All the staffs there are very helpful and they really go out of their way making sure that we get what we want. This hotel is located at the Victoria Habor that make it a plus for my stayed, except they don't have a lot of choices about the restaurants. It's a little inconvenient for foods lover like me, but to make up for that i got the best view of the Harbor and all the shoppings are near by. I will definitely come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staffs, especially to the hotel managers who really tried to make sure our stayed are comfortable and relaxing vacation while we are in Hongkong.

フロントスタッフが無愛想だったことが残念でした。 それに加え、ハウスキーパーも部屋を出るたび何処で見ているのか早々に掃除をして良いかと聞いてくる。部屋を空けている間に何かされてしまわないか少し不安になりました。 でも、お部屋は清潔感があり良かったです。

Excellent customer service . Staffs are very friendly and responsive. Room is clean and well equipped. Convenient location, close to all restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time when I’m in HK

The hotel was good but the service by one of the front desk was not very friendly and accommodating to the queries we had regarding the breakfast and its payment.

Like the hotel is at a quiet location in Tsimshatsui East, walking distance off the busy Nathan Road. Our room is clean and spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed in HK, with a great view of the fabulous harbour. The staffs are excellent friendly. Will definitely stay here again the next time.

It’s in a great location with many shops and restaurants. about 8 minutes walk to the MTR and 3 minutes to the Victoria harbor. Got an upgrade corner room. The size is bigger than I expected especially in HK. Gym is a bit small. Rooftop Pool is small and not that nice but I don’t swim. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Dave from the front desk was awesome. He makes us feel very welcome and treat us with great respect. We will definitely come back when we are in HK again.

My experience with this hotel was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel was centered around all other hotels and shops. Taxi’s were easy to obtain by hotel porter. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. My room was clean, and front desk staff even had a bowl of fresh fruits along with a welcome handwritten letter by the manager himself to welcome my arrival in my room. I was very impressed with the food at the hotel restaurant. Service was great, both dining and all during my stay of 4 days.

Im allergic to cigarrettes and my room has a strong smell like someone smoke in there. Ask to change for another room and response was no room available so they brought a Ozone machine to try to kill the smoking smell but only worked for few hours. Really had a hard time sleeping eventhough the bed was confortable.
