«We had a great stay. Everything was in order. It was comfortable and cozy - without a lot of clutter. Would stay here again for sure.»

«The unit was beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped, as shown in the listing. The location is also great. It is a 10-minute walk to restaurants and bars in a very nice neighbourhood with parking onsite. It is also well-managed and all of the information provided is clear and helpful. Our only issue was the temperature. The unit was cold, and the house instructions indicated that space heaters needed to be requested (at an extra cost) 48 hours in advance if needed. «Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.»

«The beds and living room were comfy, the renovation was stylish. But little details could have been taken care of: wall and bathroom fixtures loose, a nail in a bannister, no visible way to operate the shower… attention to these details is important and could have been fixed quickly by the property manager.»

«One bedroom apartment with additional futon in bedroom. Perfectly stocked kitchen, upgrade linens, great location on quieter side of lake with private parking, outdoor space and great views. Less than 100' walk to lake edge. Very nice, accommodating owner/manager. We were there for 5 days to celebrate a Birthday and take advantage of boating on the lake and the wonderful variety of restaurants locally. We'll be back!»

«The apartment is small and outdated as the photos show, but it met our needs. Quaint vintage furnishings add to the experience and the bed is also older so you may sleep more comfortably if you bring along a foam mattress topper. Enjoyed the neighborhood and convenient location just far enough off the beaten path. Also close to one of our favorite places to eat in the area - "The Galley Bar and Grill".»

«Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again.»

«The property was clean and well-stocked with the various things one might need at a home away from home. The desk in the living room is a great addition for those who need to get work done while on vacation. The furniture was comfortable, AC units easy to manage, and the instructions for check-in, internet access, etc. were all clearly posted before and during the stay. «My husband and I were thrilled with our visit to the Modern Studio in Ballston Spa. The in-person facilities were even more lovely than the pictures, with many thoughtful, extra touches that made the setting special and comfortable. We were conveniently located, allowing us to enjoy the in-town festivities as well as the beautiful, peaceful countryside. Our companion was our very energetic 15-month old golden retriever who took great joy in running (and running and running) around the huge yard. ...

«Liked that it is in the area I was visiting. Didn't like: Futon is unsittable, no easy chairs in living room. Only 2 small metal chairs in living room. No chairs in bedroom. Totally uncomfortable stay. We used bag chairs to sit in to watch tv. Every day smelled pot odor which came through heating ducts. No temperature control in apartment.»

«This place was amazing! Picture perfect and brand new. Parking was super convenient and is located in the perfect location downtown near all the restaurants, coffee shops and stores that downtown Saratoga has to offer. Host responded quickly and the check-in process was seamless. I’d absolutely come back!»

«All the amenities just shy of Lake George village! Short drive to Warrensburg north or Queensbury south. Lovely outdoor area as described albeit open to view/noise of public road (Rte 9). Enjoyed the use of the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill, the sauna, and the little creekside area down below. Perfect spot for an afternoon siesta or snack! Inside was clean and decorated as shown! Fun getaway! Highly recommended! Would stay again!»

«We are four women who travel together once or twice a year and this year we chose Saratoga. This unit was perfect for us: plenty of room; very clean; conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and bars. We all were very happy here. Parking is a little challenging but there is 24 hour parking about 2 blocks away. Also, figuring out the light switches was an activity 😋. Hilary, our host, was easily accessible. We would recommend this place to anyone.»

«Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)»
