Outside being a little dated aesthetically and a bit uncomfortable in the living areas, it was fine. However the wifi was weak. Side note, whoever is hanging this art at the height of a giraffe needs to get off the ladder and ground themselves.

Groot appartement, je komt echt niets te kort. Parkeren ook prima geregeld. Met dakkoffer paste we niet in de garage maar wel een ander plekje. Hondvriendelijk, werd hartelijk ontvangen, altijd fijn! Je loopt zo (10-15 min) het nationaal park in. 1 vd badkamers liep het water slecht weg en rook ook naar riool. Communicatie mbt inchecken (aankomsttijd) kon soepeler. Maar vooral een heel fijn verblijf gehad, zeker aan te raden!

Awesome location. Very nice apartment stocked with coffee and creamer. Parking great staff very helpful. Loved having space for all 4 of us. Shops very close for food supplies, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. I’d recommend staying here when in Killarney. Park Place has an excellent location. Very easy walk to main street Killarney with food and shops. It was a short run/walk to Killarney National Park as well which was a welcome surprise. Parking was very easy. The downsides were that the wi-fi did not work well, if at all; and the hallways were like a motel and not well maintained. The room itself was great and clean.

This property was a great launching pad for our family adventures. We requested a baby crib and they also provided a high chair as well (which we needed, but didn't think to ask for). All was in nice condition and the parking garage was a good size. My only complaint is that they never responded to my messages prior to the stay until just before check in.

Pros: everything was within walking distance. Has its own parking Cons: asked MULTIPLE times what time we would show up with the same answer every time before the stay. The day of the stay got a phone call 30 minutes before the time we stated asking what time we would be there. It’s annoying when you are on vacation! WiFi didn’t work for half of our stay. You are limited on hot water, which wasn’t in the booking details.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. Beds were not as comfortable as in other hotels but everything else was so nice, it didn't really matter.

Communication - was terrible from the start. I had tried to respond to the front desk about our arrival time for (3) months prior to our stay given their very limited check in hours from 3-6pm only and knowing we may not be able to arrive withing those tight constraints. I reached out to respond to their inquiry via Expedia messaging (which I have done for many other locations across the country without an issue) AND with direct email and responded to their emails more than 3 times, yet they never acknowledged my reply about our arrival and instead called me multiple times when I cannot use the phone while abroad. This all could have been settled prior to our arrival if they checked their email and handled it all electronically. It wasn't until after I arrived that they told me they could leave a key in a lock box for me, but that should have been communicated instantly via email when we booked. Blinds - not functional in the living room - husband purchased a screwdriver to fix over 30 minutes Recessed lighting - 1 was dangling from the ceiling over the T.V....husband fixed over 15 minutes Wifi - completely non-functional 1st day 2nd bath for twin bedded room - shower adjust loose - just spins, cannot regulate water temp..s

Love, love, loved the location-right downtown - near all the restaurants and shopping. Parking underneath the apartment was super easy. Tons of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Two minor issues-Wifi worked but was touchy and the showers never really got hot .

Location was great but our room needed maintenance. TV didn’t work, shower doors were broken, bathroom faucet and sink stopper were not working properly. There was also a very loud water heater in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

This was a beautifully laid out apartment and was in the best location for shopping, food options and the National park. The only thing about the place to know is the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep.

It was a huge two bedroom with two full washrooms. Fully equipped kitchen as well. The beds were super comfy and Killarney was such a nice town to walk around in. The ladies at reception were super lovely and helped us get medical attention on a Sunday when I came down with COVID. The only unfortunate part was we were there during the heat wave with no air conditioning s my wonderful husband went out and bought us a fan. We are looking forward to returning and would stay here again.

Excellent location and property but ...
The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details.

Quelle déception pour ce logement!
Commun dégradé, lit en très mauvais état. Mauvais odeur dans l appart. Aucun accueil. Seuls Points positifs: bon emplacement et parking.

Free parking was a plus. Some stairs to climb to get to lift and a little walk to get to apartment but not that difficult. Quiet building.
