Good hotel let down by poor cleaning service
Hotel room was nice, food was good, restaurant service good, no daily room cleaning, was charged for dry cleaning even though the room was only cleaned and serviced once in a four day stay, charged for water which I didn’t take from mini bar. no receipt for any extra charges. Overall the hotel was good, just let down by poor cleaning service who seemed lazy. Pity as I’d probably would have used this hotel again as it was not a bad location for tram to city and store next door, unlikely to book again unless a good deal comes up.

Awesome place but make sure to take a king or queen bed and skip option to stack two beds together it is not comfortable at all.

Хорошо, но...
Бронировал два номера стандарт и полу-люкс. Номер с повышенным комфортом разочаровал. Было холодно, отсутовала заявленная массажная ванна, завтрак подали с пластмассовыми приборами в отличии от стандарта. Так же в отеле подобного класса должна быть питьевая вода. В остальном все было хорошо и соответствовало заявленному.

В номерах есть бутылированная вода, которая предоставляется в расчете 1 бутылка на 1 гостя в сутки, также по запросу гостя администратор приносит воду в графине. Отопление можно регулировать или пользоваться дополнительным источником тепла в виде кондиционера и обогревателя. Надеемся, что следующий визит будет более комфортный для Вас!

Great little hotel and breakfast service. Fun design. The only sub-standard issue is the location. If it's near where you want to be, or you're happy using Uber regularly, than I would recommend this hotel. It's far from the get-to-know-Kharkiv spots and on a Friday evening there isn't a restaurant open in the evening nearby.

Good and Safety
The hotel is near the metro station . You can easily go to the centre in 2 stations.The staff was very kind and friendly. Especially Miss Kate helped me so much. The breakfast is good.The rooms are clean and tidy. The most important thing in the hotel is safety i think.The doors closed at night and 24 hours reception opens the main door in seconds when you arrive. Thank you Mirax Hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel close to Metallist stadiu
Great boutique hotel. 20 min walk into town or 3 min walk to nearest metro/tram stop. 10 min walk to Metallist Stadium. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. WiFi is quick and reliable. Breakfast is local cuisine' cooked to order and sets you up for the day. Area is quiet so not a lot of bars/ restaurants nearby. Staff are extremely helpful. 3rd time we have stayed and will definitely use again. Local taxi from airport is between 200-250 krvna (Local currency) be sure to agree price first. Use taxi outside to get a fair price.

Rough start- great stay
I had a little difficulty with the registration person on the first evening. The refrigerator would not work and I have already purchased some things I need for my diet. She made it sound like it had been broken for some time, so I questioned why it had not been repaired. She replied curtly, "No one else has complained." Needless to say, I didn't appreciate that much at all. The refrigerator was working the next day. The staff the other days were terrific and Lena in the breakfast area was superb!

la struttura è molto bella, personale gentile, posizione abbastanza comoda:ci sono diverse fermate del tram vicino la struttura dalle quali è possibile arrivare in varie zone della città, c'è anche una stazione della metro vicino l'hotel ma è scomoda poiché non ci sono macchine dove poter cambiare soldi per comprare i biglietti. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la cena nel giorno del arrivo ma è stato risolto subito. Il menù della cene è molto povero, con pochi piatti e poca scelta. Inoltre per ogni pasto bisognava ordinare in anticipo i piatti scelti e comunicalo al personale. Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene.

I stayed at this hotel a year ago, I had an excellent memory. I came back this year, but I found that the quality is no longer the same. The corridor leading to my room has been turned into a service storage: a trolley, a ladder, the laundry basket. This for all four days I stayed. The bedroom door had a broken lock, and the lock was remedied with an emergency solution. The breakfast attendant was distracted: an omelette requested without ham was served instead with ham ... Too bad, this hotel deserves more ...

My wife and I stayed nearly 2 weeks at this hotel. This hotel offers incredible comfort for Kharkiv. Good location (close to metro), grocery store on first floor, state of the art gym on 4 th floor and a wonderful restaurant on the 5 th floor. Best breakfast with good choice. The room was extremely clean and room service excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a fairly new building and there seems to be some unresolved issues with hot water to the rooms. It requires several minutes to arrive to the faucets. Also our arrival was complicated by the staff's request that we issue a second credit card payment for our entire stay because they had not received our payment from Expedia. I refused but they let us stay anyway promising to get in touch with Expedia to sort out this problem which they dis the next day. Overall excellent experience, highly recommended, we are already planning to return to this hotel on our next trip to Ukraine.

A very pleasant stay.
This hotel is very good, friendly staff and different but nice decor. English language skills are lacking but the staff is patient and helpful. The elevator to the gym and restaurant is thru what looks like a fire exit, so a bit hard to notice. Perhaps the staff told me but I did not notice this.

Great for the football stadium.
The location for the footbll stadium was ideal and got access to the metro. The staff we're very friendly abd helpful. The rooms we're fantastic for the price, would recommend for the future.

L'albergo si presenta molto bene. Pulizia al massimo, personale cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Dotazione nelle camere completa, compresi gli accappatoi ed un bricco elettrico per chi desidera farsi un thè o un caffè. Bene anche gli articoli di cortesia nel bagno. Purtroppo, per noi italiani, la mancanza del bidet è sempre un problema risolvibile comunque con una doccia. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo della camera è abbondante, consumabile nella terrazza dell'albergo.

Excellent Hotel In Kharkov.
This is the best hotel in town with reasonable price. The Hotel Staff is Best. Especially Receptionist Ms. Marina is the BEST one. She is helping customer with courteously and professionally. The hotel location is very good and on the first floor you can buy fruits and vegetables the best is you can go there in ANY weather in short and slipper. And on the 4th Floor you get a Gym access without charge. I am very much pleased with this hotel staff and everything.

Mijn verblijf van 6 dagen/5 nachten...
Het betreft een vrij nieuw pand dat gebouwd is 2012. Ik heb het verblijf als bijzonder aangenaam ervaren; smakelijk ontbijt en uitstekende service met goed Engels sprekend personeel. Ook de kamer was smaakvol ingericht en het bed was comfortabel. Het is een hotel dat luxe uitstraalt tegen een alleszins acceptabele prijs. De hotelkamers zijn op de 2e verdieping en het restaurant op de bovenste (5e) verdieping maar dit is zowel met de trap als de lift goed bereikbaar. Onder het hotel is een supermarkt waar vrijwel alles verkrijgbaar is al is het assortiment niet heel erg groot en het personeel spreekt er geen Engels. Zijn er ook minpuntjes? Ja, 2 punten die ik enigszins storend vond; 1: het hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg waardoor er nogal wat geluid van verkeer op de hotelkamer hoorbaar is. 2: het hotel ligt eigenlijk net iets vanaf het centrum waardoor men vrijwel altijd een beroep moet doen op een taxi. Helaas spreken ook de meeste taxichauffeurs geen Engels maar daar staat tegenover dat men via de receptie van het hotel een taxi kan regelen en de prijzen voor het vervoer zijn meer dan acceptabel.

Good hotel.
Good hotel with friendly staff who had adequate command of the English language. The staff were always polite and helpful. The décor of the hotel was a little over the top, by North American standards, but it showed that the hotel is trying to look modern and fashionable. Also of note is that the room was considerably larger than others offered in Western Europe. The location of the hotel was a fair distance from the downtown core, but it was close to a subway station. The only real downfall or complaint would be the availability of hot water for showers. On several occasions the water for showering was mild at best and downright cold on several mornings. This may actually be a problem with the country's energy and not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

Low quality hotel
When I got to the room, the smell of mariuhana did not come out.Not changing towels for 3 days. Reception will not be around late hours. On the last day I made breakfast at 11, lasted until 12. I came to the room and the reception started every 10 minutes said "get out, other customer wait in"
