Nice hotel. Great location, close to everything. Good breakfast. Hard to find, inside an alley, and the sign is not so visuall.

Et hotell etter min smak - unikt
Et hotell, midt i blinken for min smak. Veldig sentralt. Skjermet fra trafikken. Koselig. Et hotell med sjel. Enkeltrom med enkel seng var litt uvant. Min egen feil. Har bodd der tidligere med brei seng. Restaurant i underetasjen som er renovert og utviklet siden sist. En positiv overraskelse. Den samme utsøkte frokosten. Forsøk havregrøt med nøtter og solbær. Også utsøkte og spennende lunsjretter. Anbefales.

Helt greit hotell, servicen kunne vært bedre.
Hotellet ligger sentralt i Kharkiv, ikke langt fra operaen. Hotellet er koselig og renholdet er bra, men mangel på heis trekker litt ned. Da jeg var der var det i følge resepsjonen noe feil med nøkkelsystemet, slik at de måtte låse meg inn på rommet hver gang jeg hadde vært ute. Ikke holdbart. Betjeningen kunne heller ikke tipse meg om nærmeste atm eller gi meg tips om en restaurant i nærheten. Bortsett fra dette så var betjeningen hyggelig.

I am a returning customer to this centrally located unique hotel. My room had a little balcony and was comfortable, warm and clean. The service was as, always warm and friendly, with a great breakfast menu downstairs. The price was value for money and in walking distance to the main attractions. Thank you

First time in Kharkiv, would highly recommend this boutique hotel, very cute and cozy!!! Centrally located , accessible to anything you want, stores, restaurants, cafes, park… very clean and cute with an old charm feel, tasteful decor, delicious restaurant right downstairs. We stayed on the 1st floor, a few steps from the front! The only con would probably be no elevator for higher level guests. Definitely would stay again!

A nice clean and cozy boutique hotel. Goid location in the city center. Hotel stuff is friendly and welcoming, fast check in and out. Enjoyed the deluxe roome for 1 night it was comfortable and i love the balcony. One big admonition is the horrible servise in the restaurant during the breakfast! No body put attention on you till you come by yourself to the waitresses. Its like if you hotel guest you are not important client. Asked for a manager - nobody came. The breakfast was quite good . And it could be better to save the passages free of cars for comfortable get in/out of taxi with luggage.

Well kept secret
Set back in a courtyard, you either know it's there or you don't. Inside, it's like walking into someone's house. There is bric-a-brac on the tables and old pictures of people on the walls. I was on the top floor but that wasn't a hike by any means. My room was super comfortable; walk-in shower, huge bed and a very well stocked fridge and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the courtyard. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; I'll stay there again.

Nice but too hot.
Spacious room with a very interesting decor. The staff proved helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant tasted delightful. The only drawback was the room temperature. It was hot. But an open window allowed in the noise from the air handler. We will return, but I will ask for a room higher up in the property.
You can purchase the books which adorn the room. My wife picked up two.
The bed provided a good night's sleep.
A bathroom larger than some hotel rooms.

The Funny Review
1st trip to Ukraine and the staff (family) made me feel right at home. Nice cozy room, with great furnishings from the family themselves. According to the flyer, each room is furnished with furniture from someone in the family. How much more home spun, can you feel, when you get into your room, then this!! I loved every minute I spent here!! I was even asked to partake in the festival of their hotel anniversary. How amazing is this?!?!

Boutique hotel is a real gem
This boutique hotel is set back off the main street, so it's nice and quiet despite all the traffic and noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious as are the very big bathrooms. The eclectic design makes it feel very homey. I love this place! And the central location of it is just perfect.

Best in Kharkiv
This is my favorite hotel in Ukraine, it's so unique, service is great and they serve outstanding breakfast, you choose from the menu. This was my 6th stay probably, gave me a huge room om the 3rd floor, thanks for the upgrade. No city view though and no elevator but staff will definitely help you with luggage.

Place to avoid at all cost.
Poorly managed. Those people don’t have any idea of what hospitality means. Woke up at 8 with renovations. No bar. No restaurant. No terrace. Even if open and work for employees and friends they refuse guest to even have a coffee on the terrace. Those people are a shame for the hospitality industry. The room is a crap hole. Place to avoid. Period.

3 stars hotel, great location and breakfast
I have ordered the standard double room with a big bed. The description on a website is not the same as in reality. The room was too small. The big advantage of this hotel is the location. Breakfast was good. The bathroom is also good. Temperature regulation is a big headache.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It has such unique charm. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, have been upgraded to an incredibly high standard. Nine foot doors. Immaculate premium finishes. Almost all of the staff speak English, and there is always someone there to help you. The restaurant in the basement and courtyard is amazing. Free three course breakfasts come with the room. Yes, if stairs are an issue for you then perhaps this is not the place for you. But if not, I cannot imagine a better hotel, especially for the price. I had a 7 am flight and they packed a fantastic breakfast and arranged for transport to the airport. You will not be disappointed.

I have Stayed at this little gem of a hotel on a number of occasions, each time it never disappoints. Friendly staff, good facilities and central without being too loud. The outside Resturant/terrace was an excellent distraction to have a cheeky red wine and cheese. Thank you.

i booked a superior room 2 months ago.Also hotels.com confirmed my reservation.When i arrived hotel,they gave me standart room. They told me that they don't have empty superior room so i should stay standart room.They forgot my reservation. it was very funny )) so i paid superior room price and i stayed standart room. Thank you very much Hotel19 and hotels.com for very bad experience

Good, if...
If you have no problem using the stairs up to 3 floors. It doesn’t have an elevator. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Hotel with a glamourous pre-soviet era aura. Only Russian and Ukrainian speaking channels on the large screen TV. Staff is courteous, helpful and they speak English.

absolutely the best in kharkiv
one of the best hotels i’ve ever been stayed. this was my 5th time in Kharkiv and i’ve stayed in many other good hotels before. i stayed amazing 12 nights at hotel19. from now on my choice will be here. the receptionists, breakfast, comfort, heating, wifi, cleanness, security were all perfect. i recommend everyone.
