Decent resort, not good service
Rude staff at reception. Good facilities in the resort. Room decent. All inclusive resort so food a plenty. Wouldn't stay here again based on the behavior of the reception.

Fornøyde med oppholdet, men litt smårusk å bemerke
Vi bodde for første gang etter 19 år på div. ferieturer i Tyrkia på et "All inclusive" hotell. Vi var veldig fornøyde med maten og tilbudene på hotellet. Resepsjonsbetjeningen var litt for dårlige i engelsk og ikke alltid helt på topp servicemessig. Værelses arbeiderne var helt topp! Hyggelige, service innstilte og det samme var betjeningen i restaurantene. Minus: Airconditionanlegget på rommet var ikke helt topp, laget mye støy.

Room was just OK. No elevator to the room. Stairs to the room were very dirty. Food in the main Resturant is mediocre. Lots of it but lacks taste ( quantity vs. quality).

It is a very good hotel for the price. I don’t think other hotels will offer something much different than this. There are a few things that I would emphasize about food and service. Food is rather ordinary, nothing to be impressed. I think they don’t know how to prepare seafood. The shrimp are always overcooked and the crawfish salty and overcooked. The rest of dishes are decent. There are some employees of the hotel who do not like to work and are very stingy when giving fruit. Had a few time where the employee refused to give me more watermelon. I couldn’t understand the reason but I think it was because she didn’t want to cut more.

Hôtel uniquement pour la communauté russe ! Les spectacles sont en russe les musique ! Le personnel parle uniquement le russe et le turc ! Franchement I vous n’êtes pas russe n’y aller pas ! J’ai eu l’impression d’être en Russie il ne respecte rien ils sont irrespectueux ! La nourriture étais varié mais les viandes sont pas assaisonnés ! Il cuisine énormément le mouton !! L’hôtel a besoins de rénovation car il y a des chambres on dirais le couloir de l’enfer ! Pas de clim dans les couloirs moquette au sol on se croirait dans le Titanic ! Il faut vraiment faire beaucoup de rénovation ! N’oubliez pas de visiter votre chambre avant de l’accepter ! Les toboggans et la piscine et la plage son top ! En tout cas je suis déçu car il devrait au moins se préoccupé des autres nationalités de l’hôtel et non uniquement des russes les musique russe tourne toute la journée ça donne vraiment mal ! Pour avoir un gozleme vous devait faire la queue ! Je n’y retournerai pas , sauf si il y a des rénova y a rénovation

Dans l'ensemble ça, va, le problème c'est l'accueil du personnel pas souriant et c'est important même personnel de l'animation est sa c'est un vrai problème. Je tiens à remercier le personnel d'entretien. Le 2le problème c'est quand vous enregistrer il faut négocier la chambre moi j'ai pris au moment de la réservation une chambre familiale et le MR de l'accueil s'est pas posé la question ma attribuer une chambre non digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles et en 4ele étage sans ascenseur heureusement je me suis, rendu compte de ma réservation et v' était j e chambre familiale donc je vous conseil ne pas prendre le pass de la chambre avant la visiter. MR Le manager merci de penser à mon fils lors de son anniversaire et j'ai bien reçu le gâteau. Le 3eme problème c'est le gaspillage des, touristes au niveau de la restauration et malheureusement c'est coût pour hôtel mais non c'est la civilisation et le comportement de chacun. J'ai une petite remarque concernant la présentation du spectacle le lundi 12aout que le MR qUi a présenté la soirée à cité tout 'es pays présent sans cité la France pourta T on été bien présent et à ec beaucoup de famille. Et la dernière remarque la langue française et absente dans tout les niveau... Au niveau de l' animation le soir (spectacle).. Le règlement affiché au niveau wde l'hôtel et le personnel pas pas le français du tout.... Et le personnel parle les langues pays l'est. Et surtout surtout Mr le responble merci d'améliorer l'acceuil du personnel

Aile için gidilebilecek bir yer. Genç arkadaşlara tavsiyem niyetiniz farklıysa başka otellere bakın derim. Genel anlamda memnun kaldım. Olumsuz yazabileceğim tek yorum sadece şarj makinesi ve powerbank ımı çaldırdım bunu güvenliğe ilettim oturduğum masayı kamera çekmiyormuş ve burası 5 yıldızlı otel! The rooms smelled of dampness , there was only WiFi in the rooms and not around the hotel. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all and at time every rude. The food availability was limited and would start taking food away at 9:45 when breakfast would finish at 10:30am . The outside stools will run out of food and then you are limited to the choice of food. There were very few high chairs for toddlers and babies and I had to feed our child in our push chairs most meal times, we would ask staff for the high chair and they would say there is no more .

We wish you provided us information like your room number or at least your name and surname so that we could take the corrective measures or to see if there was any recorded complaint coming from you during your stay. I would like to mention that our breakfast time is till 10:00, from 10:00 to 11:00 o'clock there is late breakfast which menu is not as rich as the main breakfast's one, that is why many of the dishes are taken away around 10:00 o'clock. But nonetheless there is still variety of food to choose from even after 10:00. We have enough baby chairs to satisfy the needs of our little guests. Unfortunately, there might be a lack of baby chairs during the busiest hour; it is physically impossible to provide a highchair for every child if the guests with babies/toddlers come to the restaurant at the same time. We are sorry for inconvenience. We value you as our Guest and do hope to make amends and welcome you on your future visits to Antalya! Gefallen hat mir die Lage am Meer. Nicht gefallen hat mir die Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Der nächtliche Lärm von Musik und Betrunkenen kommt kaum gehindert in das Zimmer. Das Essen ist nicht gerade abwechslungsreich.

Hotel is erg verouderd en niet proper. Personeel erg onvriendelijk, op enkele uitzonderingen na. Regelmatig lauw eten en het meeste uit blik en niet vers, zie foto. Vuile strandstoelen en deze werden ook niet gereinigd. Kamer werd niet elke dag proper gemaakt, dus ook geen nieuwe handdoeken. Resten van eten staan hele dag op de gang van de kamers. Hotel loopt vol met katten.

95 procent Russen. Blijkbaar heeft het personeel zich daarop aangepast, beleefdheid of vriendelijkheid ver te zoeken. Personeel spreekt ook geen Engels maar Russisch.

Excellent location to the beach
The Hotel is very close and has its own beach, clean, too busy with tourists. Our room had some smell, like moist, probably previous guests didn't open much windows. There was a little noise a few times in the night, as the laundry washer was located nearby. Room service is fine, cleaned every day. The restaurant facilities are fine as well, lots of dishes on offer, variety of choice, the same is in the pool bars. The receptionists were nice, polite guys, approachable, I don't recall their names. Though there was one rude, she would just answer you, 'And what do you want me to do? What have I to do?' She was the half russian. The photo team, the same, one of them showed his rudeness, again not a local guy. They want us to buy all photos, though we don't need so many: 'Why did you travel if you don't have money'. Sorry, do we travel to take photos? I didn't get. Overall, local, turkish staff was polite, tried to help, we didn't have problems with them However, some of russian speaking guys were rude at different degree, including a few russian guests. The lobby bar staff were gorgeous.

Genelde iyi fakat çocuk kulübü sınıfta kalıyor
Otelin arazisi çok geniş olmamasına rağmen iyi tasarlanmış kompakt bir yapısı var. Bir yerden bir başka yere gitmek için uzun mesafeler yürümeniz gerekmiyor. Gerek odaların gerekse ortak kullanım alanlarının temizliği iyi. Yemekler konusunda ikilemde kaldık. Bir gün iyi bir gün kötü. Plaj ufak çakıllardan oluşuyor ve deniz bir anda derinleşiyor. Küçük çocuklar için çok da iyi olmayabilir. Havuzu yeterli. Animasyon ekibi çok iyi. Konaklayanların memnuniyeti için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ne yazık ki çocuk kulübü hakkında aynı iyi şeyleri söyleyemeyeceğim. Daha önce çocuk kulübü ile ilgili yorumları beğendiğimizden bu oteli seçmiştik fakat tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Çocuk kulübünde çalışanlardan bir tanesi hariç hiçbiri Türkçe bilmiyor. Rusça biliyorlar. Türkçe bilen kişinin de yeterince ilgili olduğunu söylemek zor. İşlerini zoraki olarak yapıyorlarmış gibi bir hava var. Natella'yı hariç tutuyorum. Kendisi Türkçe bilmemesine rağmen işini severek ilgiyle yapıyor. Zaten bizim çocuğumuzda iletişim kuramasa da en çok onunla anlaştı. Bir seferinde çocuğumuzu bırakmaya gittiğimizde sizin çocuğunuz Rusça bilmiyor o yüzden çalışanlarla iletişim kuramıyor başını alıp giderse ne olacak gibi tuhaf bir soru ile karşılaştık. Emin olamadığımızdan dışarıda bekledik. Bir müddet sonra çocuğumuzun dışarı çıkıp hiç tanımadığı yabancı bir turistten oyun oynamak için izin istediğini gördük. İçeride nasıl bir ilgisizlikle karşılaştıysa artık izin için tanımadığı birine gitmişti.

Overall everything is awesome
Everything was amazing, drinks, food, pool and slides is everything you can wish for. Only down part was our room, the air conditioner was worthless and you weren't able to sleep at night because of the heat.

Avery. Thing in the hotel. Is nice but the staff in restaurant need more training. And the lady working in the reception. In morning shift she need to smile ☺. And treat people. Better. Otel her yönüyle çok güzeldi. yemekler lezzetli, tatlı çeşitleri sayılamayacak kadar çok. Hele antepfıstıklı baklava süper bir lezzet. Otelin kendine ait plajı ve denizi de çok güzeldi. Tadı damağımda kaldı. Gene gitmek isteyeceğim bir otel.

Deutsche Urlauber haben hier wenig Spaß
- 80% der Urlauber stammen aus Russland und Nachbarn - nichts dagegen, aber somit ist auch das ganze Hotel darauf ausgerichtet - Personal spricht perfekt Russisch, Englisch oder Deutsch leider kaum - Essen gibt es reichlich, fast 24 Stunden en masse ABER durchweg verkocht, fade und nicht schön anzuschauen - unbequeme Matratzen - einen Topper erhält man nach mehreren verärgerten Besuchen an der Rezeption dann auch - ein großer Pluspunkt sind die Wasserrutschen

Im Grossen und Ganzen wurde ich von diesem Urlaub in der Türkei positiv überrascht. Die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Unterhaltung in diesem Hotel waren sehr gut. Einzig was man als negativ zu betrachten sehen kann, war der Internetzugang.
