Run Away - Terrible Hotel
This is not a 5 star hotel. They are lying to hotels.com and therefore to any potential hotels.com visitor It is barely a 2.5 star. Do not book it if you expect comfortable beds, soft linens, pleasant smelling rooms, or delicious - or even decent tasting - food. (In Turkey, where most food is fresh and scrumptious!) Their management insists that because it is all inclusive it is 5 star. That is not how hotel ratings are assigned and is total fraud. They would not refund us or change our reservation when we realized we were in a post-Soviet era horribly failed attempt at being “high end”. Hotels.com attempted to work with the hotel to address our concerns but to no avail. Note: I have never once written a negative hotel review. This place is terrible. The gym equipment is at least 25 years old. The food is stale and tasteless. The common spaces are not properly climate controlled. The rooms - the non renovated ones AND the newly renovated ones - are tastelessly decorated and uncomfortable.

On y reviendrait volontiers!
Fin de saison au soleil et les pieds dans l'eau. Très belle piscine et belle plage. Nourriture OK pour un All Inclusive mais nous avons été étonnés que le personnel nettoie le restaurant pendant les repas (pas trop hygiénique!). Très grand complexe, très propre mais fin de saison. Nous avons demandé de passer d'une suite à une chambre standard pour être proche de la plage. Les chambres standards sont grandes mais un peu vétustes (sommier du lit enfoncé - on nous l'a changé - sanitaires pas top). Alcool à gogo pour les russes qui sont la majorité des clients. Camyuva à échelle humaine à côté de Kemer qui souffre un peu du tourisme de masse. Très contents de notre séjour.

Resort is ok, swimming pool area is very nice, beach is good, sand is rocky, drinks are ok, rooms are very very nice, better then expected, main restaurant is also better then expected. Nightlife disappointing. Just 1 music show, and night disco for 2 nights in a row, club was completely empty. Night disco is indoors and there is no nighttime seaside bar. For those looking for a nighttime, this is not the place.

Sin lugar a dudas el peor hotel que me he quedado, hicimos reserva por 5 noches y la tercera nos fuimos y agarre otro hotel. Super sucio, habitación el aire no funciona, sabanas sucias, alfombras viejas, parece 1980 Personal muy rudo, comida muy baja calidad, no les recomiendo quedarse ahi, pérdida de dinero y mal rato

Sıcak, keyifli bir dinlenme tatili için çok güzel
Oteli sevdik ve memnun kaldık. Genel olarak otel odaları eski, eşyalar eski ancak gayet sıcak ve ferah oda yapıları, biz beğendik. Oda, banyo temizliği gayet iyiydi ancak nedense odadaki kullanılan fincanları günlerce değişmediler. Restoran, bar, cafe alanları gayet güzel, oturmaktan keyif alacağınız ortamlar. Yalnızca snack bar gibi yiyecek alabileceğiniz alanlar 4te kapatılıyor sonrasında 7ye kadar beklemeniz gerekiyor. Havuz ve sahil alanları güzel ve temizdi, doluluk olsa da hep yer bulabildik. Otel büyük bir yeşil alana sahip ve yürüyüş yapmaktan keyif alabilirsiniz. Yemekler konusunda birçok çeşit var, biraz tatları tam tatmin edici gelmedi bize. Bunu belirttiğimizde de oldukça ilgilendiler ve küçük bir ikram kutusu hediye ettiler. En çok hoşlanmadığımız nokta tüm cam bardakların lekeli olmasıydı, 5 gün kaldık ve gün boyu kullandığımız her bardakta benzer sorun vardı. Temizlenmemiş kalıntıları görmek, iştihamızı kaçırdı biraz. Çalışanları genel olarak çok ilgili ve güzel yüzlüydü, her zaman sorun çözme odaklı davrandılar. Akşam yemek sonrası gösteri ve canlı müzik oluyor, değişiklik olması açısından güzeldi.

Nice hotel area and amenities, good "all inclusive" with variety of food, friendly and nice staff, good dance shows in the evenings, live music, live saxophone. Bonus: lots of cats! Didn't like: rooms furniture looks dated, needs some renovation. Room cleaning could be better: few times they started, but forgot to finish something in the room.

Firstly, for any Brits considering this hotel a note that it is used, in the main, for Russian package holidays. That's not necessarily a problem, it just depends what you like from your holiday. At check in we were given our room number, told how to get to it & informed that, despite our late arrival, we could get food if we wanted. That was pretty much it - we had to enquire later about other things. The room was large with a good aspect - a view of the mountains & sea. It also had a good sized balcony. In regards to the room the negatives were that the balcony door handle was broken & difficult to use and there was sometimes a damp type smell in the bathroom. The maid service we experienced was not great - in 9 nights our sheets were definitely not changed (except for one pillowcase!!). When 'cleaning' (making bed, changing towels, emptying bins & rinsing glasses) the room the door was left open - the bedroom area & bathroom were the other side of a wall (completely out of sight of the entrance area which was where most of our belongings were). This AI hotel is advertised as having 3 A La carte restuarants - you only get to use 1 free of charge during your stay, you pay for additional visits. We loved the big swimming pool. The pool bar & staff were great too. We also liked that there was direct access to the shingle beach. Plenty of umbrellas were provided in all areas for shade.

During your stay, if you complained to the Guest Relations Department, we could Controle. Guests sometimes hang Do Not Disturb Card on the door and the room is not cleaned. Nobody enters the room when this card hangs on the door. Unfortunately, guests sometimes do not know that. Room cleaning was not good. Only beds and towels. Once they even left door open! Food was regular. But barmens were really good! Mert and his team very quick! Pool is vonderful! Night show were nice!

Etablissement d'une propreté irréprochable. Chambre faite chaque jour. Personnel de service (Bar 24/24 - Main Restaurant etc, accueil de nuit) souriant, constamment à votre écoute. Un bé-mol avec l'accueil de jour dont nous avons eu besoin deux fois et à chaque fois personnel renfrogné. Piscine somptueuse. Animation musicale chaque soir (hyper agréable quand la chaleur diminue un peu). Mer à 29° et plage "réellement" privée

Hizmet güzeldi otel eskiydi.
Eski bir otel olması ve temizlik ve oda şarrları süpee olmamasına rağmen beklediğimizin üZerinde bir çalışan ilgi alakası olması tatilimizi güzel geçirmemizi sağladı. Kızımız da oldukça memnundu.yemekler çok çeşitli bol fakat çok süper lezzetli değil ama idare eder. Bu dönemde fiyatına göre güzel bir hizmet.

Разнообразная и вкусная еда. Напитки к сожалению не высокого качества. Большой пляж. Сосновый воздух. Помпезное убранство номера с бархатными стенами. Каждый вечер- живая музыка. К сожалению не работали рестораны а ля карт, боулинг и бильярд.

Отель оставил самые приятные и теплые впечатления! Понравилось все! Сервис и клиентоориентированность данного отеля-высшего уровня! ( поверьте, мы знаем толк в сервисе) Буквально с первого шага нас окружили вниманием и заботой ( благодарим Али и ребят с ресепшн), дали отличный большой номер с боковым видом на море. В номере всегда чистота, белье и полотенце меняют ежедневно, персонал клининга очень дружелюбный и ответственный. В отеле чисто. Питание в отеле очень качественное, все продукты свежие и вкусные. Особенно хочу отметить работу официантов-профессиональные, быстрые и предупредительные, они ежедневно окружали нас заботой и вниманием, вне зависимости от смены, чувствуется высокий уровень подготовки персонала! Отлично и быстро работают бармены, девочки в основном баре (Малика и ее напарница), а уж работа ребят в вечернем баре рядом с диско- это просто бармен-шоу! Мы просто любовались, когда бармен делал коктейли! Всегда быстро, качественно и очень красиво! Молодцы! Хочу поблагодарить старшего менеджера анимации за отличный подбор шоу-программ и всю команду аниматоров за вечерние мероприятия-правильный выбор музыки не оставлял шансов отсидеться за столом, на дискотеке танцевали все, независимо от возраста! Очень понравилось шоу "Ночной клуб" и диджей Ясин! В целом, все сотрудники отеля делают все и чуточку больше для того, чтобы отдых гостей удался! Мы благодарим Вас за это и надеемся, до новых встреч! Dass Hotel ist sehr alt. Bett in Zimmer wahr sehr uncomfortable. Wir haben Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Ersten tag wir sind in Nacht Restaurant gegangen um 24 Uhr. Obwohl die Öfnung 23:30 ist wurde uns gesagt der Koch ist nicht da. Wir könnten nicht essen. Ich Empfehle an niemandem dass Hotel. Für 3 Nacht habe ich fast 600 Euro Bezaht nur Hotel. Dass Hotel ist nicht dass wert.

Обычная пятерка для отдыха с детьми. Заселили быстро. Номера красивые. Мини-бар пополняли с самого утра, бесплатно. Еда и напитки нормальные. Крепкий алкоголь есть разный, нужно спрашивать на баре. Единственный минус заметила-вода в бассейне пахла плесенью.

A nice mini brake
During our stay the personnel made a great impression- they were smiling, helpful, patient and accommodating. Our sea view room was spacious and comfortable. The food quality was very good. We tried only one out of three a la carte restaurants- the sea food one (it is popular, so book as soon as you arrive), it was excellent! Do go on an empty stomach - we had a big lunch so couldn’t manage all the food. We also used the SPA services - the massage was excellent.

Stayed one week in October. This is my third visit to this hotel. Overall the hotel is very nice and we were very happy with our stay. We were given a very good room with a separate living room. The rooms are clean, big and carpeted. The service; reception, restaurant, housekeeping were also great. The food is plenty and delicious. So I would like to thank all the staff one more time and would recommend this hotel to anyone ho would like to visit Kemer.

Staff is so nice and hotel itself is beautiful. However that’s the only postive thing I could say. Food was horrible, owners try to save money wherever they can. Fruit consists of apples and pears of the cheapest quality. No fresh food, nothing. Don’t stay here.

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха
Отель очень понравился. Отдыхали с 26.09.2020 по 12.10.2020. Все на высшем уровне. Еда отличная, разнообразная. Персонал очень приветливый и хорошо подобран. При заезде повысили категорию номера со стандарта до Джуниор.

Отель симпатичный, красивая территория, но на 5* не тянет вообще. Персонал хамит, иногда смеются в открытую тебе в глаза. Единственный адекватный персонал оказался - официанты и девочки из кафе. Питание отвратительное, есть толком нечего. Шашлычки из говядины, с прослойкой из бараньего жира, это кошмар! В основном из мяса: курица (иногда сырая внутри, говядина, индейка). Очень вкусные десерты. В принципе накладывают кушать по маленькому кусочку и если просишь ещё, могут швырнуть в тарелку. Или сделать вид, что не понимают. В номерах убираются так: просто выносят мусор и меняют полотенца. Новые тапочки еле допросились. При том, что на чай оставили. Деньги забрала, тапочки не дала. Выдали через 3 дня просьб. При заселении в отель администратор нагло хамила. Отелю есть с чем работать, так как за такие деньги - это слишком отвратительное отношение. Не ведитесь на спа процедуры в 1 день (назойливый товарищ), который ходит каждый день и мешает отдыхать, навязывает спа. Очень наглый. Также запросто может нахамить или пошутить неудачно в твою сторону. Только для Вас за 100 евро. В итоге на 5 день Вам спокойно сделают на двоих за 50$. Также отключается свет. Когда моешься вода резко может политься холодная или очень горячая. На пляже ходят клиенты отеля хархаются, сморкаются и это вообще добило. Браслеты на руку не вешают, надо постоянно ходить с карточкой и охране по территории отеля показывать.

Добрый день уважаемые гости Очень огорчилась, прочитав Ваш отзыв. Хотелось бы уточнить некоторые детали. Персонал нашего отеля работает в отеле уже не первый год, постоянно проходит обучающие тренинги, кроме этого гости отеля как постоянные, так и приехавшие в первый раз будучи в отеле пишут благодарности персоналу отеля будь то работники отдела размещения, спасатели, работники кухни, бармены, официанты, что обязательно фиксируется в нашей компьютерной системе. Жалоб на персонал нам не поступало.В этом году в связи с требованиями по Ковид 19 все отели обязаны были изменить систему выдачи еды в ресторане. В нашем отеле для удобства гостей и отсутствия очередей, что неоднократно с благодарностью подчеркивается гостями отеля, колличество работников кухни, выдающих еду увеличенно, работники кухни выдают столько еды сколько пожелает гость, можно подходить несколько раз. По поводу того, что еда сырая жалоб не поступало. Каждая жалоба от гостей у нас фиксируется в компьютерной системе. Уборка номера проходит каждый день в промежуток времени с 8 утра до 16.00. Но если гости вешают карточку "не беспокоить" служба уборки не имеет права зайти в номер.Отключение электричества происходило не в отеле а в поселке Чамьюва, где находится наш отель по не зависимым от отеля причинам. Браслеты в этом году запрещены из за требований по безопастности из за Ковид-19. поэтому работники службы охраны выполняя свои прямые обязанности запрашивают у гостей указанную Вами информацию.Спа центр работает в нашем отеле не первый год, их хвалят и по комментариям гостей они всегда делают качественные массажи и хорошие скидки. При заселении работники ресепшн прислушиваются к пожеланиям гостей и ведут себя крайне корректно, что неоднократно было отмеченно гостями отеля и зафиксированно в компьютерной системе в качестве благодарностей. Если бы Вы подошли в отдел по работе с гостями, мы бы постарались сделать ваш отдых максимально комфортным. Очень надеюсь на то что вы приедете к нам еще раз и ваше впечатление об отеле изменится. Vasat üstü keyifli bir mekan
Aslında otelin yeni dekore edilmiş odaları var çok güzel ancak bize eski odalardan verildi, ana resturantin havalandırması çok kötü kokular baskın yemek çeşiti Vasat. Ancak otelin yeşillik alanı harika çocuklar için çok güzel aktiviteleri mevcuttur sabah oyun pakrı akşam dance müsic çocuklar için gerçekten güzeldir. Sahili bölge itibarı ile aynı 2 metre girdikten sonra derinleşiyor. Genel olarak Vasat Üstü.
