Vi bestilte reise til Hilton hotel , gikk ut i fra flotte bilder med havsutsikt noe som ble en kjempe stor skuffelse når vi ankommer hotellet , blir da henvist til en suitte med terasse ut mot baksiden av hotellet rommet var også veldig mørkt og trist . Dette var tross alt en reise vi hadde planlagt i lang tid . Vi skulle feire en 70 års dag så dette var noe vi gledet oss masse til . Vi fikk byttet rom etter en del argumentasjoner . Synes dere bør informere bedre på deres sider hvilken beliggenhet rommene dere disponerer har.

I vår booking sto det at vår suite skulle være lydisolert. Det var den langt ifra og fikk beskjed om at det ikke fantes det på dette hotellet.

Fin utsikt men ekstremt dårlig service.
Vi opplevde dessverre veldig dårlig service, bestilte suite pga executive lounge men dette fikk vi alikevel ikke pga bestilling på feil nettside. Da ble vi sittende uten frokost. Det var generelt dårlig service og ingen smil å få, det toppet seg da vi fikk rå kylling (så det ikke før vi hadde spist av den) og ble syke i flere dager. Forsøkte å få tak i managment pga dette men (enda) ikke fått svar og vi måtte betale full pris for lunsj som ødela hele oppholdet (liggende å spy osv. i flere dager). Ingen unnskylding eller en gang en bemerkning da jeg nevnte dette ved utsjekk. De forsøkte også å lure oss på regningen på rommet hvor de hadde doblet flere summer, dette kunne jeg selvfølgelig bevise, heller her ingen unnskylding eller lignende. Man våkner ekstremt tidlig av bråkete høner og lignende i hagen, selv i 8 etasje. Dette er det dårligste Hilton hotellet jeg har ligget på.

Behagelig stort hotell.
Andre gang vi bor på Karon beach. Valgte Hilton denne gang med sitt fantastisk hotellområde som er en stor park. Beliggenhet midt på strandpromenaden i Karon, bare å krysse veien fra et av hotellets bassenger for å bade i havet. Mange russere og kinesiske gjester, noe som påvirker frokostutvalget. Det var til tider kø for å få bord til frokost. Bakevarer/kaker virket ikke ferskt, men hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Stor frokostkurv ved avreise kl. 04.00 om morgenen. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Me and some friends stayed at this hotel for one week. The hotel is very big and have several pools. They have a huge breakfast buffet, but the food was kind of tasteless. A lot of chinese people staying at this hotel, wich is not bad, but the food was adjusted chinese marked. Friendly staff, and they have a lot of tourchoices that you can book. I booked the cheapest hotelroom and the bathroom area, and sometimes the bed had a lot of tiny ants. The shower also shifted from cold to warm all the time, wich was really annoying. The hotel and the rooms where I was staying need some upgrading! Except from that the hotel was a nice hotel, and I would recommend this hotel to families, and maybe groups of people. If you are a couple, a more intimate hotel would be recommended.

Flott ærverdig eldre hotell med den flotteste hage og omgivelser. Ligger flott til ved stranden. God frokost og fantastisk service fra personalet. Retaurantene på hotellet leverte ikke mat opplevelse som ventet, og de faturerte ekstra skatt og servicetilegg på prisen som gjorde maten dyr. Anbefales å spise utenfor hotellet. Vi hadde to flotte uker på hotellet og ville absolutt reist tilbake.

Dårlig mat, men god service.
Restaurantene på hotellet var forferdelig dårlige. Spesielt Thai Thai var en stor skuffelse, med smakløs og kjedelig thaimat. Ellers var vi veldig fornøyd med hotellet, selv om det var eldre og mer slitent enn vi hadde forestilt oss.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort and were thoroughly impressed. Here's why we loved it: The Good Location: Set on the quieter stretch of Karon Beach, the resort offers a peaceful escape while still being within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful with soft sand and clear water. Rooms: Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Facilities: The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the one with the slide for a bit of fun! We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa treatments were heavenly. Food: The breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of cuisines. We also dined at the restaurants which were all delicious, especially the Thai restaurant. The Could Be Better Service: While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few occasions where service felt a little slow, especially at peak times. Wi-FI: The Wi-Fi connection could be spotty in certain parts of the resort. Overall We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. It's a fantastic option for those seeking a luxurious beach escape with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

The hotel resorts is huge (like a park) and therefore very quiet. The breakfast offers a high variety of local and international food. The service staff were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel location is excellent. The beach is only few steps away and the local restaurants reachable within 5 minutes walk. We had a room with a perfect view on the sea.

A lovely facility. Breakfast was great. The pool areas were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and facilities were good.

Loved the layout of the hotel and the rooms at Pullman. Quite a large hotel so the shuttle service to get around is great. The kids and I enjoyed the use of each pool each day and swimming in the beautiful waters of Karon Beach just across the road. Best to get an ocean view room imo as these are closer to the beach and breakfast and reception etc. We loved that there are tuk tuks on the beach side of the hotel that can take you 6 mins away to Kata for night markets and yummy inexpensive meals. Or that if you turn right and walk 7 mins along the beach, there are great massages available. The only issue we had was at checkin where I had booked a deluxe twin sea View room with 2 double beds on Expedia for myself and 2 children and was told these room types only had two single beds and we would either have to pay extra for a rollaway bed to be added or move to a family room & pay an extra charge for this room type (with 2 queen beds) even though they had only garden views available. It took a bit of talking from my end to convince reception staff that it was not my problem that a 3rd party is selling their rooms incorrectly, I paid quite a bit for 1 room that would fit my family and did not agree that the onus was on me to pay for an extra bed once I arrived. I suggested they contact Expedia to sort this out to avoid any similar issues in the future and they eventually agreed to comp the extra bed.

It was amazing stay. Lovely property. U dont need to go anywhere else. Walk outside the property on the beach road to reach local restaurants .. beach is lovely

A good stay with family.
Staff were very good and friendly. Hotel located in a very a large area. Hotel is old and lot of maintenance are happening. A nice hotel for families with kids.

Super nice sea view at building A and only 2 mins to Karon beach. Water is clear and the sand is very soft. Staff are nice, house keeping is good. But some ants on the writing desk, may be the furniture is quite aged. 5 mins walking distance to a small night street. Hotel dont have shop to buy drinks. Remember to buy some drinks or you need to order room service. Overall is a good experience.
