Kjempefint opphold,god service,gode senger,flott basseng. - Når det er et belegg med 75/80% av kinesere hvor noen få klarer å ødelegge for resten med trekker ned. Da snakker jeg om voksne mennesker som ikke respekterer regler når man bor på hotell. Høylydt skriking til barna sine,dører skal ikke lukkes men smelles igjen til alle døgnets tider,bading i pool til langt på natt,hive seg først i matsalen. Bortsett fra det var oppholdet meget bra.++

Ikke book dette hotellet. Rommet vårt luktet mugg og det var maur over alt på rommet. Sengetøyet og håndklærne luktet surt og det kom mygg inn på badet gjennom lufteventiler i taket

Nok et fint opphold på Orchid Resort
Andre gangen vi oppholder oss på dette hotellet, og vi er meget tilfreds med hotellet. Lett blanding av par og barnefamilier. Kjempefint bassengområde. Vennlige ansatte. :-)

Greit hotel, begyner å bli gammelt. Veldig dårlig innternett i resepsjonen, det koster ekstra med innternett på rommet. Gå heller på kafeen vegg i vegg for raskere forbindelse

Bassenger var veldig bra. Bra frokost. Betjeningen var litt blandet i forhold til innstilling. Tar betaling for Internett og safe.

Kommentarer til scoren
Vi syntest at hotelet bar preg av utvendig slitasje. Når det gjelder lav score på renslighet går det ut på æbassenget,en del smuss i bunn av bassenget. Engasjementet på de ansatte kunne vært noe bedre. Vi tenker da spesielt på de ansatte i restauranten. Ellers var vi fornøyd med oppholdet på hotelet , å vi hadde en flott ferie.

Veldig stort hotell med mange forskjellige ting å gjøre.

Vi har brukt dette hotellet 4 år og dette blir desverre det siste. hotellet er nå så overfylt med gjester at det er nesten umulig og komme frem rundt svømmebassengene på grunn av alle solstolene. vannet ihovedbassenget er ikke klart grunnet , for mange gjester. rommene fremstår som slitte. beliggeheten er veldig bra, det er også frokosten. prisen for dette hotellet står ikke lenger i forhold til standarden. dersom man har ett sent fly og ønsker rommet lengere tar de en ekstemt høy pris for å beholde rommet etter kl 1200.

Helt OK familiehotell. Meget sentral beliggenhet.
Stort og omfangsrikt familiehotell. Det meste man kan tenke seg under et "tak". Man må være forberedt på at det er mange mennesker på et forholdsvis lite område. Spesielt ved barnedelen av hotellet er det folksomt. Hyggelig betjening og god sevice. Hotellet ligger meget sentralt, og det er kort vei til Patong og Phuket. Stranden ligger kun 100 m unna. Billige drikker og nydelige shaker i strandbuene som det finnes flere av.

The staff are amazing. But the hotel needs to be updated asap, very old an run down also bathroom were not very nice and clean in rooms.

Et ok hotel, beliggende 3 min gang for hotellet. Et rigtigt familiehotel….med masser af underholdning til børnene. En hotel som har lidt år bag sig. Personaler var søde og altid hjælpsomme.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a great selection. The place is close to the beach restaurants and shopping. The pool and water slides are a hit with the kids. Will definitely come back again.

My wife’s gold neckless was stolen in the room, we asked in reception if by chance has been reported as missing items, also today checking my wife discovered her jeans shorts also was missing. This is terrible, don’t advice to stay here.

Older hotel however kept very clean and tidy. Great breakfast option. Close to 7/11 and restaurants. Both pool bars were great and bar staff extremely friendly! Pools were great and big in size, slides were fun and fast. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay that much better. Tuk tuks very close by, Karon beach only 300 meters away, good beach activities. Overall great stay and would come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff were excellent. The facilities are showing signs of age, but overall this was an excellent place from which to enjoy Karon.

Customer service mediocre at best
Booked a connecting room that was never given to me. I was issued two supérate rooms and was charged for both. Hotel staff did nothing to accommodate.

Children like the slides and swimming pool a lot. Room is very dated but clean. Food choice in buffet breakfast is not a lot but enough. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Easy access to beach but beach is not fit for swimming (big wave) when I went.
