Top notch, enjoyed our stay, just one suggestion.
Very nice hotel, probably the best in Carlsbad. Enjoyed our stay, great service and attention to details. Fabulous and beautiful building. We stayed in a Riverside room that was very very nice. Although since I am a light sleeper I hope to get a top floor room as there might be some noice from the rooms above. There are no Air conditioning, but they brought us a fan and that worked out just fine. You can choose a pillow from the pillow menu and housekeeping is very attentive and also come every afternoon to restock towels or shampoos etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. As a film director myself It was great to see all the fabulous photos and art at the walls all over the hotel. One small suggestion; Please have a service bar at the sun deck, so guests do not need to walk all the way down to restaurant to ask for a soda or a drink.

Very nice place!
Very satisfied. I have been a guest since 2014 and I always love every minute spent here. Very cosy and charming. Excellent breakfast. The gym could have some more equipment and the beds in the cheapest rooms could be better, but all in all it's a very nice place!

Her får man luksus til en rimelig penge. Hvis man kan og vet litt om denne byens (og hotellets) historie blir et opphold her enda mer spesielt . Gjennomført fint kur-hotell av den gamle skolen. Må oppleves.

Absolutely fantastic!!!
I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, but this is maybe the best of them all!! First of all, the hotel looks marvellous and this hotel is extremely cosy and has charm even though it is big.The level of service is like in no other hotel!! From the moment you arrive in this hotel, you feel very welcome and appreciated and the staff are very friendly, helpful and really committed. The breakfast is free and maybe the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen!! The spa is nothing but fantastic with a big pool and saunas. Everything is very clean and in excellent condition. The restaurant is also nothing but fantastic. The food is amazing and I would especially mention the waiters. They really know how to perform excellent service and they are very friendly. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend this to anybody seeking a fantastic and unforgettable hotel. Because this hotel really is like an adventure!!

I would never stay anywhere else in Karlovy Vary!
This hotel is a proper Grand Dame and fantastically atmospheric. I loved the spa and the casino as well. The rooms could do with an upgrade (the bathrooms are a little tired), but that is the only thing that I could possibly pick on. I would never stay anywhere else in Karlovy Vary!

The rooms are huge. Great reviews for the modern new wings only. The hotel was near a park and hill and I had a wonderful short walk and hike around the area.

Wir haben den dreitägigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Pupp sehr genossen. Wir hatten den Riverside- Teil gebucht und das war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Alles war perfekt, das Frühstück und ganz besonders das Abendessen im Grand Restaurant waren hervorragend und man kann es als absolut "Preis wert!" bezeichnen. Das Spa ist eine wunderbare Bereicherung. Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war auch prima. Jedoch habe ich auf ein stilvolles Zimmer ( wie auf den Fotos zum Hotel ) gehofft, welches zum gebuchten Hotel und Ambiente passt. Bekommen haben wir ein Hotelzimmer im Dachgeschoss. Es war eher wie eine günstige Ferienwohnung und nicht wie ein Zimmer in einem höherpreisigen Grand Hotel.

The room was described as a room with forest view. But we saw only a cooper roof and a wall from the building behind the room. This room was not acceptabel for a reservation in a 5* Hotel. It was room 101 in the building beside the hotel. So I think that the Hotel with this room said to me : Please don not come back.

ein wahnsinnig schönes Hotel in Stil der alten Grandhotels. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal, ein wahnsinns Frühstück und auch sonst hat alles gepasst. zwei negative Punkte: wenn man nicht im Haupthaus untergebracht ist, ist amn gezwungen in den Spa Bereich (und auch zum Frühstück) in seinen Strassenklamotten zu gehen. Parkplätze gibt es so gut wie keine, welche kostenlos wären. 20,00 € am Tag für Hotelgäste finde ich etwas happig. Ansonsten empfehlenswert!

glorious hotel just a purely terrible trip this
Booked a suite - it was over the road in the freezing cold, said no thank you (NOT CLEAR ON BOOKING NOT IN HOTEL) and had a small basic room in hotel and charged us the same ....no one there to help with bags on arrival - eventually found someone to park the car - a million years away from my last visit . So so so disappointed and so many issues

Luxus mit kleinen Abstrichen
Sehr schönes Hotel in Karlsbad, großes Zimmer, Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer müffelt. Punktabzug gibt es für die Hunde im Restaurant, das geht überhaupt nicht. Der SPA-Bereich war überfüllt und es roch extrem nach Chlor.

La ubicación exelente
En general el hotel esta bien. Limpio y muy bonito. Las camas muy cómodas, colchones de calidad. Nos faltó productos para la higiene. Tenia una bote de champú que servia a la vez como gel de ducha, que es incompatible con un hotel de lujo. No tenia agua natural gratis, tenismos que comprar. En ningún hotel no paso esto. Teniendo fuera-4°, no había calefacción en nuestra habitación. Hemos pasado frio. Antes de llegar, les he llamado para pedir una mesa en el restaurante, nos dijeron que no hay problema para cenar. Pero cuando hemos bajado, nos dijeron que todo esta reservado. Aunque cuando pasamos para cenar en otro hotel, estaba medio vacio. A la vuelta nos asomimos otra vez y estaba igual o menos gente que antes. Y eso que sabiamos de DRESS CODE y hemos traído ropa para la ocasión. El camino de SPA es un laberinto.
