«Unfortunately, I was mis represented as I paid for and it was advertised as Ocean view and that was not the casei had a new Building right in front AND noise from the construction. I fell I am owed some compensation for this mis representation as I had no option to move somewhere else.»

«Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. »

«Et fantastisk flott hotell som ligger rett på en nydelig strand! Veldig store rom med fullt utstyrt kjøkken, 2 bad, gratis vaskerom i hver etasje, utrolig god service blant personalet og flott utsikt. Ikke noe bar eller restaurant på hotellet, men rett i nærheten ligger masse shopping og restauranter. Vil også anbefale å reise inn til Lahaina sentrum en kveld. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste!»

«Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again»

«This was our third stay at Kaanapali Beach Hotel. It is such a wonderful property. After driving around the island, there is no doubt that this is our favorite hotel. Everyone is so nice, and helpful. It has such a laid back atmosphere, and the location can't be beat. We will definitely be returning to Maui, and when we do, we will be staying here again.»

«Good for kids / families. Nice pools with water slide, and easy access to the beach. Easy parking in the garage, with elevators to room floors. Grocery shopping within walking distance.»
