«We wanted a quiet getaway where the men could fish. This was perfect! The house was sweet and perfect for our group. We used the fire pit for hotdogs and s’mores, played Cornhole and fished everyday, took walks with the dog. We even drove into town and ate at Jimmy’s steak and seafood which was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful visit!»

«This property was not clean. The pictures the owner put online do not reflect the property. The owner did not disclose he was in the middle of renovation. The grass was 2ft high, dishes were piled on the counter, no mirrors hung in the bathrooms and to nail clippings on the bed side table. The host was not responsive to getting the property in a stay able condition. My family did not stay due to the horrible conditions.»

«Came to Macon to visit old friends and had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. I was concerned at first because they requested payment outside of VRBO system and only had 1 review, but it was totally legit. Pool was beautiful and the views of the water are amazing. Kitchen looks brand new. There’s even a pellet ice machine built in. Anyway, we had a great time. It’s a cool house. I would rent the boats next time. Thanks again.»

«One of the cleanest properties i have stayed in! Great use of space. Not overly decorated. Furniture was comfortable and well arranged for socializing. We gathered with 4 adult sisters, one child and parents. Kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes for cooking. Plenty of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs! Mom was on crutches so she stayed on the main floor unless we were leaving the house. Great view down to the lake, the screened in porch was perfect for using ...

«Perfect place for our family to gather while we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from Mercer! The house was clean and we had all the space we needed to spread out and enjoy the weekend visiting. The ping ping table was a nice touch for the younger crowd. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped for all the cooking we did.»

«The cabin was absolutely adorable, perfectly clean, and stocked with basic amenities. Sitting on the little porch overlooking the river was the most relaxing and enjoyable part of the get away (that’s what we wanted- serenity).»
