Great location
Great location for a transit hotel, rigth by the skytrain. Nice and comfortable rooms for one night. Great view of the runway if you ike watching planes ;-) Restaurant was ok

This was the nearest hotel to the airport that we could find for a nine-hour layover at night. The free shuttle was on time, and the driver quickly found us via WhatsApp. The hotel furnishings are old, and the room was small. We had a non-smoking room, and it was clean. But the lobby and hall reeked of tobacco. The hotel is in terminal 2, and our flights were in terminal 3. We requested a return shuttle ride to terminal 3 to catch our flight, and we got it. So everything worked as planned, and we enjoyed our rest. However, when our flight returned to Jakarta about 10 hours later because of a volcano eruption at our destination, we chose to stay at another hotel as we waited to rebook our flight. The new hotel, Fairfield by Marriott, was cheaper, a lot newer, free of tobacco stench, and also had a free airport shuttle.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel for family member who couldn’t travel due to airport being closed/Mt Ruang eruption and no matter what they wouldn’t refund/credit the account. Travel was just postponed on a different date but sadly no budge from the hotel management to do anything but keeping the money. Hetel is in Indonesia & eruption happened in Indonesia ☺️🙁

Guest room is clean. View from the window is nice. What I surprised is location of guest room. The hotel is established 2nd floor of international airport terminal 2. Therefore, each room is connected by a long passage. It means some guest must walk far from entrance of hotel.

This is an ultra-convenient and nicely priced hotel in terminal 2E at Sukarno Hatta. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well laid out. An additional standout is the included breakfast, which has many options -- Indonesian, Western, and Chinese. All in all a very good airport hotel.

Excelente opção dentro do aeroporto
Excelente opção para quem precisa ficar por apenas uma noite e pegar voo no dia seguinte. O café da manhã começa às 3am, o que foi essencial para que pudéssemos comer antes de pegar nosso voo bem cedo no dia seguinte. Roupa de cama excelente e banheiro confortável com box para o chuveiro. Com certeza vale a pena.

The check-in facilities weren't friendly, especially when you travel with large luggage, requiring a lot of manual lifting and dragging. Because of the hotel layout, certain rooms require long walking to reach. Facilities in the room are extremely legacy, some even unusable. The power outlet and USB ports are not working in my room. The water system is quite old too, as showering/toilet/sink cannot be used at the same time because the water pressure is too low. Free towels are limited to 2 per room.

Easy access from terminal 3 because hotel staff waited to transport with a clearly marked sign. There is a good restaurant on site. Very attentive and helpful staff. It is a very fine simple airport hotel.
