Mean staff, after spending a good amount of money I was told that my reservation doesn’t include even complimentary water just because I booked with Expedia. Night staff was rude and dry, morning front desk staff was humble and courteous. Looks like they serve free breakfast just because other competition do, they didn’t even bother to refill food in last 30 mins and just waited for sharp 9 am. Very good property but don’t know why staff behaves this way - no future reservations with them.

It’s close to many stores and restaurants you can sit out by the water and have a drink and then walk to a restaurant within minutes never having to drive. I love the patio by the water so peaceful and relaxing. By the way I am really hard to please I nit pic everything I will definitely be back for many return visits

Excellent hotel
This is our 2nd time staying here and we always have a great experience. Right across the road from St Johns Town Center, so it's in a safe neighborhood. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean.

Everything was great. Fast check in, great location, great price, pretty much everything you can ask for except…. The bathroom in the room smelled like some pissed everywhere and it wasn’t cleaned. I ended buying my own bleach to spray and clean up to get rid of that smell
