I booked a suite through Expedia to get a nicer, more updated room in a hotel that really needs to be updated, and I was given a standard room and told that booking through Expedia does not guarantee me what I book and pay for. Never had that happen before. Hotel staff not the nicest and out it all on Expedia which is not correct.

The food is horrible sold me frozen processed fish and fries $23 the grilled cheese sandwich the cheese was like plastic all the food on the Buffet was cold I spent over $80 on horrible food.

The mattress was horrible. Very,very lumpy. I had a terrible time trying to sleep. Very poor bath tub and sink drainage. Foul odor coming from shower. Room 312 Front desk staff and restaurant wait staff very,very good.

Front desk staff was very helpful, which I especially appreciated after arriving at midnight. Room was clean, comfortable bed, nice towels. Nothing in mini bar. Hair on shower wall, ewww. They have a huge parking lot and by the time I got there, the only available spots were in the back, which made me very uncomfortable. It was a long walk to the front door and I was by myself. Wouldn't have been a problem, if it was daylight. But VERY convenient to airport!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hallways were quite dated and not in the best of shape, but there appeared to be a lot of construction and upgrades happening while we were there. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The front office staff was welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The gym could use some serious updates but the pool area was very nice maintained and the rooms was large. I run around the hotel searching vending machines (as they were signage) but they were none.

The convience of the property being located close to the airport is a positive, the shuttle service was also very convenient. What is need is upgrades to the rooms and bathroom. The ceiling in the shower was peeling and mold. The coffee maker didn't work properly and the water came out of both sections which made water go all over my personal belongs. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.

The front desk staff was wonderful, and our room was great. We were able to drop off the rental car the night before the flight and walk back to the hotel. It's an easy and safe walk. Then we took the shuttle to the airport in the morning. The outdoor pool looked inviting, too.

The A/C didn't work & the toilet didn't work. By the time we checked in and set the kids up in their beds it was too late to make a change because we had to be up for our flight in a few hours. We didn't think we'd have to worry about either of those things for the price that we paid. Hoping that they can rectify the situation

They put us in a separate part of the hotel that looked like it use to be another motel. It was creepy.
