«Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. »

«We had a great weekend stay at Villa Costanza in October. Not cheap but worth every penny. We got an upgrade on our room with a balcony and amazing view. Donatella helped us out with great restaurant recommendations and both her and Mauricio acted as taxi drivers for us when we decided to go to restaurants that were more than walking distance away from the house. Amazing service. We also had some great breakfasts and aperitivos at the house. Highly recommended.»

«Very nice and central location in Como for our one night stay before we took the ferry further in the lake. The host was very friendly and serviceminded and gave us answer on all the questions we had. The bathroom was very nice, spacious and cleaned. We can definitely recommend this hotel. »

«We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. On arrival they made us lunch and gave us a lot of helpful information and recommendations for the local area. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. Sono convinto che per una prima notte insieme con la mia nuova compagna non avrei potuto scegliere di meglio, soddisfattissimi!!! Per non parlare delle 2 ore in esclusiva nella jacuzzi sul terrazzo vista lago, da favola!!! Colazione incredibile, non manca nulla!!!
