Highly recommended
Highly recommended. i travelled as a solo traveller, and had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service is top notch. The booking manager, front desk reception and valet, housekeeping, breakfast, restaurant - each member of the staff is service oriented, and pleasant. Always greeting with a smile, very helpful, and committed to making a guest’s stay comfortable. The location is superb. When you get out of the hotel, about 500mtrs to the right is Galata bridge, and karakoy ferry just a little further down. On the left of the hotel, barely 300 mtrs is the metro station. The breakfast is good with a decent variety. The beds are really comfortable. Please dont miss out on the restaurant on the 10th floor. The same place where breakfast is served. Not only is the view worth it, but the food is also good. But yes, the view is incredible.

Really clean. Ocean view room was amazing. Right in front of a nice park with bridge to get to the old city. Location was great. Complimentary breakfast did not disappoint.

Good location, one block from the Bosphorus. The hotel is divided in two buildings that are not connected, the second one ‘more modern’ is in the back that you have to access via a dark dirty alley. The entrance to the second building smells like rotten fish.

Located 6 minutes or so from the T1 tram station at Karakoram and the M2 metro at Halic. Nearby there are several fish restaurants. Very few grocery stores, none that sell liquor. Hotel rooms, bathrooms are tiny. Elevator capacity is 3 people. Breakfast buffet is not abundant, just the basics. Only black, filtered coffee available, no machine that can dispense espresso or cappuccino. Boiled and scrambled eggs provided, omelette is extra.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade des Bosporus. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock und wurden jeden Morgen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Bosporus und den Stadtteil Eminönü. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, die Lage war sehr Stadtnah und die Verbindungen sind um die Ecke. Das Frühstück, bzw. das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Täglich wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und das Personal war jederzeit vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich würde erneut das Hotel buchen und jedem weiterempfehlen.

I booked a room with panoramic view. It's the whole reason I chose the hotel. Upon arrival, only a regular view room was given. I called the reception and he argued that one of the pictures on display was not panoramic view and it's upon availability. However, the room size wasn't right, and I paid more for the room type. I was moved to the right room the next day. No price difference was given for the first day. They should be more honest with the room description by removing the wrong picture and honor the room type per booking.
