Har ikke bodd på et så dårlig hotell noen gang. Slitt, dårlig renhold, ekstremt lytt, trist firokost. Skulle fått betaling for å overnatte der, i stedet betalte vi 3000 kr for ei natt.

Lav Standard - Høy Pris
Dette er nok det Dyrest opphold vi noen gang har hatt i så lav standard. I det du åpner døren til hotellet så kan du se hvos skittent det er og når du kommer til resepsjonen så ser du hvor sure og lite serviceinnstilt de jentene som jobber der er. Vasken på badet rant over, sluken var helt tett. Vinduet lekket slik at både vann og vind kom inn slik at det var helt vått i vindus karmen. Gulv teppe var skittent og døren inn til rommet så ut som at noen hadde sparket i den. Frokosten var ikke fylt opp med det som var på menyen. Det var ikke safe eller kjøleskap på rommet. vi var der i forbindelse med maraton og betalte over 2500,- for natten noe vi normalt betaler for rom med høy standard. Dette hotellet kan ikke anbefales.

Hotell-delen ble en flott opplevelse. Men jeg vil anbefale gjester å unngå restauranten. Der manglet det meste. Som service, oppmerksomhet, rydding av bordene, kommunikasjon mellom de ansatte. Vi måtte selv etterlyse vår drikke etter 15-20 minutter. Maten var heller ikke noe å skrive hjem om. Men som sagt....Hotellet skal max poeng av meg. Anbefales helt ok fra fra meg.

Great location in the center of Inverness
The hotel has a great location right in the center of Inverness, close to what the town has to offer. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all good value for the money, and I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Generelt dårlig service fra personene i resepsjonen, de hilste aldri, lite imøtekommende. Rommet manglet alltid et håndkle eller noe annet vær dag. Vårt rom var veldig lite, og lå mot hovedgaten, rommet har ikke airconditionen eller noen form for ventilasjon, så en måtte ha vinduet oppe for å kunne puste der inne, det er greit på dagen, men på kvelden og natten er det enormt mye støy fra resturantene og pubene. Så det ble lite eller ingen søvn på oss på 4 døgn. Hotellet ligger sentralt og fint til i sentrum.

Slitt hotell, dårlig service og kjedelig frokost
Hotellet har fine rom med bilde i dusjen fra nærområdet. Ellers var rommene kjedelige ! Hotell inngang trapp ga refleksjoner til tidlig 90 tall. 2 heiser hvorav en var ødelagt og den andre virket kanskje. I baren jobbet det utlærte servitører som ikke engang viste hva en gin tonic var eller noen andre drinker. Frokosten var kjedelig med sirup kaffe, fabrikk laget kaker, brød,, kjedelig og dårlig utvalg av alt. Skal du dra til Inverness ville jeg funnet et bedre hotell

The room was clean but spare. not a single electrical outlet away from those above the desk. Charging our electronics was difficult. I also use a CPAP machine, but there was no place to plug it in, so I went without that night. Fortunately I did not keep my wife awake with snoring, which usually happens if I do not use the CPAP.

Mercure Inverness is perfectly located and has an old-fashioned sophistication. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with nice details. The breakfast was great.

The room was lovely & clean with lots of space. The shower clean and worked well. It was very noisy outside the hotel at night but that is to be expected in the centre of Inverness.

The pictures on the website are not corresponding to reality. The hotel has aged severely. The receptionists seemed not interested and did not welcome the people passing by. The key cards didn't work more than 24h and we had to ask constantly to reset it. We didn't have a reserved parking spot, although we have chosen this hotel for the parking facilities. However the cleaning personnel was very professional.

Lovely helpful staff but don’t stay here if you value your sleep! No soundproofing at all in rooms so can hear everything from the busy streets to next doors mobile vibrating! Hotel is in a desperate need of a make over too, not worth the money

Like other reviews stayed 1 night over a weekend and had a room on Church st, noise was terrible didn’t get to sleep until 3am,even soundproofing in the room was bad when you can hear next doors phone viberate. Standard of room poor, pulled back the curtain and the wall was only half painted, blue tak stopping the voile coming off the track and wallpaper coming off the wall as well. My point is if they can’t do these little details what else are they missing. On a positive note staff at front desk were excellent

We stayed here on a saturday for one night and im glad we didnt book any more! We were given a room facing church street and it was noisy when we arrived at 4pm. We assumed this would die down as the shops closed, but how wrong we were. There were a number of bars and clubs on the street which did not close until 3am. The noise coming from these were so loud that we were unavle to sleep. My husband went down to the reception at 11pm to ask if it was possible to change rooms and they said they were full and couldnt do anything. We had to endure the noise and then when we checked out we were not even asked about our stay as i think the staff know how bad it is and dont want to have to deal with customers complaining.

Even at four floors up the noise at 3am from revellers kept us awake. We stayed here before but, had a room to the back of the building. If we stay here again we would request a room at the rear of the building.

Lovely stay made very welcome by Zoe on reception all the staff were friendly ,great service in restaurant on both nights had lovely meals and in the mornings breakfast was out standing everything laid out and big variety. Plus side for me had GF bread and cornflakes . New go place for us to stay in Inverness . The cleaner kept the place spotless

Our room faced the street and the noise was awful. The windows do not prevent any noice from the bars below or street cleaning in the morning The room also does not have a thermostat so one evening we were too cold and the next too warm Bed was comfy and shower facilities good

Tolles Hotel im Zentrum von Inverness/mitten in der Stadt, am River Ness. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. 😊 Gratis Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, wir hatten immer einen freien Platz. Sehr nettes Personal! 👍

Nice Hotel - But--
The key card failed three times so had to go down 3 floors to get it reactivate. The other down side was our room was opposite a busy very noisy pub with loud music till 3am. Also my wife is disabled and they wanted £12 per night to park. Not sure if that's legal.
