Ingen aircondition på rommet. Jeg ringte resepsjonen, men fikk beskjed om at det kun var varme på denne årstiden. Rommet holdt 27-28 grader gjennom natten og var alt for varmt til å sove på.

Good hotel
Good hotel, located close to the airport, but if your not on a business trip it’s not so much to see in this area. Close to the metro, that takes 1 hour to center of Seoul. Good hotel if your on a long transit. Staff is OK

Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof in einem riesigen Wohnkomplex. Super praktisch für eine Nacht. Wir hatten ein Residenz Zimmer was im anderen Gebäudekomplex lag. Unser Zimmer lag auf einer normalen Wohnetage. Es war erstaunlich ruhig und das Bett war bequem. Im Umkreis ein paar Geschäfte und viele Restaurants. Nur 10 min bis zum Terminal 1. Mit dem Shuttlebus 30 min.

Staff are friendly, room is clean and quiet with kitchen appliances, close to grocery, restaurants and convenient stores,shuttle bus to/from airport terminals are free. The cons are the wall electrical outlets are without adapter to plug universal plug and the shower room is with only half door, cannot stop water splashing to bathroom floor.

The hotel stay was average. There was an extra charge for additional towels, and no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. The service was just okay, but the room was clean.

仁川国際空港の早朝便出発の為に利用。 タクシーで10分程の距離なので、宿泊しました。 ロッテマートが目の前にあり22時半まで営業しているので、ソウル駅の混んでるロッテマートで買い物するよりもとても便利だと思いました。 お部屋はツインに泊まりましたが、思っていたよりも広くとても綺麗な室内でした。 ウェルカムドリンクチケットを頂けますが、ドリンクに交換するのを忘れてしまったので次回宿泊する際は利用したいです。 受付の方もとても優しく丁寧です。 ホテル一階の外には、コンビニや無人コンビニ、飲食店も入っててとても便利。周辺にもたくさん飲食店があるので、夜ご飯はホテル周辺で済ませる事ができて立地も最高だと思いました。

The hotel is very close to the airport. We took a taxi from the airport and it cost us 12 thousand KWN. They also have a shuttle buses we only use it going back to the airport. The room is very clean, and comfortable for me my husband and my daughter. There are lots of restaurants that are walkable around the area. Train station is also just a few feet away. I would stay on that place again. The hotel rate was also reasonable for what you get.

Perfect place for an overnight or two in Incheon. Affordable, clean, and comfortable with easy access to the Seoul airport line. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Would stay again.

This was my third time staying at this hotel and my most disappointing experience. Each time I used the airport shuttle but this time they were charging me because I had more than two bags. It was 20,000 won which I thought was a bit pricey and unreasonable given the price of the room and that this was not stated anywhere. Aside from that, there were some hairs in the shower that were not mine that I had to wash away.

I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night to catch up the next day flight. Staff and shuttle bus driver were great. The only thing is the hotel is far from Airport.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel for our transfer in Seoul. Friendly staff at the front desk, convenient booking for shuttle bus. The area feels safe, and it's surrounded by restaurants. The bed is also really comfy which provides us a good night's sleep. The only thing I want to point out is that the shuttle to the airport was late for about 10 mins, there were lots of ppl boarding the bus as well, and the first stop is terminal 2. So it the total commute time is around 30 mins to terminal 1. Just leave yiurself enough time
