We booked a 2 day stay in this hotel. The room is old with fruit flies and mosquitoes. The entire hotel was hot and the pool not working. Although I must admit the staff were pleasant but the entire condition is quite unbearable we ended up booking another hotel and moved out the following day

Excellent .Friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were easy. But when something unfortunate happens, as it did during our stay , me and my friend trapped in elevator. I pushed the button to go up, and 2 seconds later.. the elevator jolted.. We were stuck! (1st time) It was truly the scariest 10-15 mins of my life. Good thing I'm with my friend and not alone lol , and we don't have Claustrophobia. Kudos to the maintenance team who respond right away .

Hello, Sybel!We are very sorry for what had happened with our elevator, we also did not anticipate that would happen. But as you've said, our Engineering team were quick to respond. For lack of a better word, yes, they're the best. On the bright side, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Hopefully we can see you back at the property. Staff are accommodating and service are excellent , though breakfast menu are limited . But overall we enjoyed our staff. Kudos!!

All the staff were on top of everything. Service with a smile easy going. Accommodating. Understanding we stayed there for 15 days.
