Watching the geese and bros during dinner was nice. When we arrived, the room had an unusual smell to it that went away with use of the fan for several hours.

Room HVAC system whole night creating noise , can’t sleep. No water to drink in room. No blanket for customer . Staff is amazing helpful appreciate it

Staff were helpful, friendly and overall excellent. The staff even pointed out important food and attractions and the location and falls nearby.

Couch had bunch of stains and bed was lumpy and out dated, pool was decent, if you happen to have river view would be beautiful, deffinatly needs some updating in the facility. Felt judged by staff at desk restaurant was friendly and good food. Overall creepy shinning vibe in the place. Huge rooms.

Hotel close to I 15, convenient but some traffic noise as a result. Spacious parking. Facilities are somewhat dated but in a very clean condition. The free breakfast is in the attached restaurant with one selection off of menu options from oatmeal to pancakes and eggs to breakfast burrito or eggs and bacon or sausage. Not many nearby restaurant options for supper. Nice walking trail beside river.

The hotel is run down and outdated, dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The pool looks better in the pictures, in person its not very clean and the ceiling tiles and peeling and chipped

The area around the hotel doesn’t have much to check out. But it was good for the 1 night we stayed on our road trip. It definitely hasn’t been updated throughout the years but it’s taken care of for the most part. The restaurant had great food though

I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When my son got off the plane and couldn't find the shuttle we called the hotel ( me in texas and him in idaho) the phone number didnt work- just silence. I called the 1800 number again silence finally i got thrue to the front desk who said you're suppose to schedule the shuttle 24 hours ahead- i said it didnt say that on the website and she was the only one working so there was no one to drive the shuttle but maybe she could call a guy who was off that night. I told my son to get an uber. I am so angry

The room is clean, big, well furnished, with a very comfortable bed. Yes, the hotel is older and shows in some areas - i.e. low ceiling height in the hallways, layout of the room, no USB ports. But it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I would stay there again.

Older property that could use some upgrades. Room is very large and comfortable. Bed was great. Windows need cleaned. My shower did not work and that’s a no no. No Kleenex, no coffee. Breakfast was good. Service was good.

Everything was good, from the price to the location. The only bad thing was the bed. It must have been very old as it sagged in the middle. Very uncomfortable.

This property is very dated. While staff and breakfast were lovely, the overall property needs some work - parking lot is filled with potholes. The beds (we had a kingsize) was a 40 year old mattress - hubby had to resort to sleeping in vehicle for several hours as the bed was so uncomfortable. I could not stay asleep and kept sliding down the bed and the pressure areas made the sleep almost non-existent. Room size was excellent. Would recommend anyone staying in the hotel to check their bed before committing to the room. Tub had a big crack/blackened area around the drain. Restaurant displayed water damage in the ceiling tiles. Would recommend new owners invest in better mattresses. Location was excellent and we enjoyed the river walk.
