Well worth a visit.
The good: Large and clean hotel that offered covid testing on departure. Used this test on departure day and it was very quick, had an appointment yet it seemed people could just drop-in and do it whenever. Took 25 minutes. Checkin was quick. Outdoor area with large swimming pool area with sun all through the day. The outdoor food-truck served very good food. Location was great, close to a lot of restaurants and pubs, and walking distance to ibiza city centre. Breakfast was good, although opening hours could've been better. The bad: As a hotels.com "gold vip" you're told that you'll be automatically upgraded if the hotel had capacity (which it did) but on checkin the receptionist had no idea about this or hotels.com. A lof of the sunbeds around the pool were covered by towels yet nobody were using them. With guests we were enjoying the show one night and having dinner (which was ok but nothing special) and we ordered some drinks, then the bar kept giving us more drinks without us ordering them - so we thought they were free, until the bill came that had it all included. The beach just outside the hotel is more like a marina, but its not a far to walk to one you can swim at. The outdoor food truck menu on the internet didn't specify that the menu was different (and limited) each day. The surprise: The nightly show was surprisingly good and well worth watching.

Great Hotel !!
Amazing room sea view premium room with jacuzzi bath only fault was the hot breakfast was mostly cold which put us off eating in there. Pool side good was great value and really nice. Upper level nice and relaxing with not too many people so made it even more perfect and relaxing, overall a fantastic stay and we would come back here again

Localização perfeita, os staffs do hotel são incríveis, comida boa, café da manhã muito bom, shows de noite maravilhosos.. para ser perfeito era só a piscina ser mais quente.. mas isso não é um problema pois tem várias praias ao redor maravilhosas..

Great for a solo stay
I had a really nice 3-day solo stay at the hotel. I can't really fault it other than there was a storm on my first night there and a lot of water came in through the closed window which leaked onto the furniture and power sockets. I guess Ibiza and it's buildings are not built for such weather. Other than that, the single room that I had was really spacious and comfy and the food was basic but good. It was easy to get a sunlounger and drinks during the day. The evening entertainment was a bit odd but made for a good atmosphere. The hotel is quite modern and spacious so didn't feel cramped at all. It was in a really good location by the sea and for walking into Ibiza Town. I would definitely come back as a solo or with my partner/friends.

It's a nice property but a little bit off way from walkable spots. Be careful if you get a room facing the pool, you will not be able to sleep. The noise never stops and at times it gets so loud you can't even hear the TV in the room.

This was my second stay this year and it is one of my favorite hotels ever. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a great bathroom and amazing shower. Free really good toiletries and free mini bar with water and soft drinks. The view from the big balcony is amazing. The pool is to die for and there are plenty of good sunbeds. We did all inclusive this time and the cocktails and cava were fabulous. The food which is very nicely presented buffet style was excellent.

Pros: Really friendly staff, clean and bright hotel. Gorgeous view from Premium room. Good hotel entertainment at night. Great location and great vibe in hotel. Good for families, couples, singles. Cons: Room service is not 24 hour. Food isn’t available after 10/11pm. Gym off site but close by. Good range of gym equipment but the cardio equipment could do with being upgraded. No air con in gym. Gym is not open until 9am during the week/11am on Sundays. Should be 24 hours. Virtually no vegan/vegetarian options on the menus. Spas treatments only off site in gym. Overall this hotel is wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr höflich und hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Bei Fragen war das Personal jederzeit erreichbar. Das Buffet-Restaurant bot jeden Tag unterschiedliche Speisen, es war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Kellner/-innen waren sehr bemüht, zuvorkommend und sehr höflich. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, in die Stadt kommt man schnell mit dem Bus oder dem Taxi. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Jederzeit gerne wieder =)

Amazing experience overall. Paco at the front desk was great. The control manager was so friendly holding our luggage. The rooms with the access to the second level terrace with the separate pool are totally worth it. Great location too. Pretty central in playa den bossa.
