Helt nydelig hotell!
Kjempe fin hotell, rent rom, kjempe fin basseng, meget god frokost. Kort vei til Strand og restauranter. Kan enkelt ta en ferje til Ibiza sentrum. Hotellet anbefales!

Flott, moderne og avslappende hotell nær alt
Hotellet var meget bra og har nylig blitt helt renovert. Flott bassengområde med stort utvalg av forskjellige solsenger og cabanas. Rommene er komfortable med flott bad og terrasse med møbler. Det er kjøleskap på rommet som blir fylt opp med gratis vann og juice hver dag. Det er to barer og restaurant ved bassenget hvor det også spilles live musikk på dagen. Kvaliteten på maten ved bassenget kunne vært noe bedre med tanke på hvor høyt nivå det er på resten. Hotellet ligger flott plassert med utsikt mot Ibiza by, ut mot hvet og ut over hele Platja de en Bossa stranden. I kjelleren er det oppbevaringssakp til kofferter med kodelås og garderobe med dusj som kan brukes ved sen avreise. Som Rewards Gold medlem fikk vi hyggelig overraskelse ved ankomst med en flaske cava, to fine solhatter og gratis tilgang i Spa avdelingen.

Nice, but some issues.
The hotel was nice. As we checked in we were three people there, but no one said anything. One of us was staying somewhere else, but kept her luggage with us so we could get ready together. We ended up having to switch rooms to a three-person room, paying extra for the room and for the extra person. When we said only two were sleeping there, but one only with luggage they said we couldn´t have her things with us. We were accused of having slept three people in the room, when in truth only one person actually slept there. It ended up being a nice stay and she ended up staying with us for the remaining nights since we had extra room, but the initial way it was handled was fairly rude, just locking us out of the room and turning off the lights.

Cost savings!
This is not a 4 star hotel if you choose one of the basic rooms. I asked for slippers, bathrobe and water boiler, but they only provided that in the suites. They didn't even refill the toiletries. The spa was very simple and not very clean. Without providing slippers, they let you walk barefoot through the area after showering, massaging your dirty feet and finishing with your face, that was gross. They also used too little salt and oil. You really get the feeling that they're saving and cutting costs on everything! They never met your requests and the service was bad.

We were in Torre del mar for a long weekend, and we loved our stay. Our room was amazing, a few meters from the sea, with a nice terrace, a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The pool and garden areas were great. It would have been great if the door that connects the pool to the beach were open. However, it was not a problem to leave the hotel and walk to the beach.The food at the pool restaurant was great, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and always helpful and the hotel is a short taxi drive to the old town.

Fine rom, nær stranden
Stort turisthotell som er oppgradert fra 80-tallet til et mer moderne hotell i 2013. Føles som en blanding av charterhotell og finere resort. Pene rom, fin havutsikt, bra frokost, pent uteanlegg med basseng. Gratis minibar med softdrinks og vann. Restauranten og pool-baren er ikke så mye å skryte av. Det er lytt mellom rommene, men de fleste gjestene virker å oppføre seg stille og hensynsfullt. Stille område. Kort vei til En Bossa stranden, kort tur med taxi/båt til Ibiza by.

This is our second stay at Torre Del Mar we love it that much! The location is stunning, the rooms are immaculate with beautiful views, the food in both restaurants is really good, and the music in the bar is 👌 If you use one of the recommended car hire companies that the hotel suggests you can sometimes get a discount. Had an amazing time again and will definitely be back next year!

This was a really nice hotel, with good amenities. The hotel is clean and in walking distance to the old town and party district (approx. 20 min walk). The breakfast is good. Lots of variaties and the pool and spa are excellent. If you book on their own websites you’ll get the spa facilities for free. Else it’s €18,-

It was our first time in Ibiza and Torre Del Mar was the perfect base to explore. We wanted to be able to walk to old town as well as to beach clubs in the opposite direction. A superbly clean, modern hotel offering all amenities you could want for. We will certainly be returning!
