"Very friendly and helpful staff, whether it’s the reception, breakfast, housekeeping or bar/pool. Even if someone was having a bad day, they never let it show. Always smiling ear to ear and giving max service. Breakfast was very good!! The hotel is perfectly located, with breathtaking views and very close to restaurants, bars, farmacy, supermarket etc. Clean and nice hotelroom, with kitchen. Will definetly stay here again if I ever come back to Ibiza. Will highly recommend this hotel, because the rooms are very nice, breakfast is great, location is very convenient and the entire staff is very nice, helpful and professional."

"Synes personalet kunne vært mer hyggelig. Spesielt han ved frokosten samt de i resepsjonen. Varierende med info, eller ingen info om fasiliteter ved innsjekk m.m. Vaskedamene sa alltid hei og var snille. En del av de med bassenget var hyggelige, resten virker sure."
