Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und würden nicht empfehlen es zu buchen! Es ist allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr aus wie auf den Bildern hier auf der Seite… alles sehr alt, heruntergekommen und dreckig. Die Sauberkeit lässt im ganzen Hotel sehr zu wünschen übrig: insbesondere im Badezimmer ist es einfach nur dreckig. Die Teller, das Besteck und Gläser beim Essen werden einmal mit Wasser abgespült und fertig. Es war wirklich eine Überwindung damit zu Essen. Die Getränke wurden meistens nur aus 0,1l Plastik Bechern ausgeschenkt. Das war uns dann sogar lieber aber dadurch musste man sich alle 10min was Neues holen. Die Getränke sind entweder aus Sirup oder ganz billige Nachmachen aus dem Supermarkt. Wirklich nicht lecker, und die „Cocktails“ ungenießbar. Zum Beispiel eine Mischung aus „Sprite“ und „Fanta“. Das haben wir uns wirklich anders vorgestellt. Das Essen war wirklich in Ordnung. Viel Auswahl und war immer lecker. W-lan gibt es nur in der Lobby, NICHT auf den Zimmern. Dafür muss man extra zahlen. Und das Lobby W-lan funktioniert nur teilweise und dann sehr langsam. Am Pool ist den ganzen Tag über sehr laute Musik und Entertainment. Man wird sehr oft angesprochen ob man einen Ausflug, Spa-Angebot oder Drink kaufen möchte. Die Bucht/Aussicht vor dem Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Aber zum Schwimmen leider viel zu flach, steinig und das Wasser erhitzt sich sehr schnell. In der Bucht nebenan ist schön zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen.

Piscine propre, vu sur la piscine et la mer magnifique. Personnels aux petits soins et très attachants. Nourriture moyennes ça manque de diversité. Sinon très beau séjour je le recommande et très peu cher.

It is completely a terrible hotel. It is full of bugs... rude staff.... kept me waiting for 9 hrs. They violate everything, and you can’t complain because the owner’s Lon is in the Egyptian parliament. I called the tourism police to make a report ... they asked me to go to their location.... I went there they asked me to go come back. When I went back, they refused to make a report because of the connection.

Disgusting how they treat the guests here. We have arrived to Hurghada after 11pm but the hotel was informed in advance about our late arrival. When we arrived to the hotel the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. We have booked two room for only 1 night (as we spent our holiday in a different hotel - LUCKILY) due to our late arrival but the receptionist couldn't find only 1 reservation and even that we showed our reservation and the confirmation that both room has been paid for he said he doesn't know who expedia is. We contacted Expedia and the agents were extremely helpful to get us our room. They called and e-mailed the hotel with our details but the receptionist was rude to the Agent too and was not willing to read the e-mail he has received from Expedia. Receptionist said, he can give us a room if we pay $250 for the night per room and said IF they find our reservation in the morning than they will refund us the money. We wanted to speak with a manager who refused to speak with us even tho he was sitting in the back office behind the reception. We refused to pay the $250 per room for the night (we booked it for £45 per room originally) and we didn't want to end up to get $500 short in case they refuse to pay us in the morning.. If the receptionist couldn't find the reservation at night there is no way he would find it in the morning. Cheap hotel and lying, extremely rude staff!

Beach was nice, rooms were good, horrible desert buffet and very small variety for the rest of the food, wifi wasn't for free in the rooms as mentioned on hotels.com, not very friendly staff nor receptionists. AC was very weak in rooms. Far away from city centre, great animation team though.

Slitet hotell i ett slitet område. Förmodligen ett typiskt fyrstjärnigt hotel utifrån Egyptiskt perspektiv. Mycket trevlig personal. Maten helt ok då man själv kan komponera från buffé

It was such a wonderful vacation. The staff can’t be better. I’d like to thank the receptionist Mr Hany for his decent hospitality and professional welcoming. He facilitated everything for us. I’d like also to thank the restaurant manager Mr Ragab and his team, as the restaurant set up and waiters were working really hard. The food was great, except for the bakery and desserts, other than this all was great. I booked a triple room from Expedia and Mr Hany the receptionist suggested that i can upgrade to a family room with pool and beach view, which was a great choice. The room was spacious and cleaned well by the housekeeping. The pool looked really nice, but I did not use it. What I did not like about the hotel was the beach, as it’s full of sharp rocks and seaweeds. There’s no much activities to be done for adults nor children, animation team could do better. There’s no pool not playing area for the kids. I had to take my little daughter to the next hotel to play on a single broken slide. I can call it a relaxing resort.

Beutiful place, elegant property, open bar for cocktails and soft drinks. The brakfast ,lunch and dinner buffet were always delicious I would definitely come back here Only one of the employee refused to give us a drink but everyone else were very polite and friendly I can’t just for one perdon. Cleanliness they need to improve the towels, bed sheets need to be change more continously

シャワー室の扉が閉まらないのと、排水口の方が床より高い傾斜になっているので、排水が悪く常にベチャベチャの状態。すぐに修理すべき。 従業員は皆フランクで親切だった。

Not worth the $50!
First guy at front desk was a complete jerk! But the other 2 and the manager made up for it... room was just ok. Could be updated... no soap, we had to call for some. View was the best. Only stayed in hotel for less than 12 hours... linens were frayed. And what’s with the no marriage law? How backward is that??

Schimmelbildung im Bad.......
.... kein W-Lan im Zimmer, im übrigen Hotel ständiges Unterbrechen, ein Großteil der Liegenauflagen gehören zum Sperrmüll, Limonaden-, Wasser- und Colagetraenke gibt es nur in Plastikbecher, Einrichtung und Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer (3119) entsprechend den Ballermannhotels der frühen 80er Jahre, Die Essbestecke müssen wohl auch noch aus dieser Zeit stammen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht.

Der var ikke styr på det i reservationen. De havde ikke modtaget reservationen fra hotels.com. Da den så endelig gik igennem mente receptionisten, at vores værels kostede langt mere end vi havde betalt over hotels.com. Værelset var utæt, skydedøren var noget bras så der pip ind med en kraftig vind hele natten. Det lyd som om man sov i telt i Sahara, plus der var koldt. Der blev sendt en mand op for at fikse det, ham så vi aldrig Næste nat var der fest på er hotel ved siden af frem til kl 04.00. Vi ringede og fik nye værelser, vi ventede på service men de kom heller aldrig, så vi måtte “sove” i larm og party. Vi blev dårlige af den kedelige mad. Stranden var ulækkert med skrald i vandkanten plus hotellets hjørner. De var ved at bygge poolen om. Alt i alt et hotel som hotels.com ikke skulle anvende. Ulækkert og kaostisk. Forfærdeligt sted.

Short stay
Close to the beach, good price, close to the city and quiet. One of my 2 rooms had a bad smell and a bad view. Pool needs to be more heated in the winter and with an option for food services at the pool

Exzelent,hätte ein Stern mehr verdient.
Sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel mit kostenfreien WI-FI auch im Zimmer (2.Stock).Frühstücksbufet läst k e i n e Wünsche offen -alles vorhanden! Lobby hat kleine Separes wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Alles im Hotel ist neu (Möbel auf den Zimmern,Flat-TV,Wandfarbe etc...!)Topservice des Personals. Hätte eigentlich einen Stern mehr verdient.Ich werde nach Jahren der geeigneten Hotelsuche n u r noch dieses Hotel aufsuchen -eigentlich ein Geheimtip!!!

Hotel a great deal; hotel dive center a disaster
The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Tourism is down and they are hurting for business and it shows: the light bulbs in my room could not have been more than 4 watts. When I asked for one bright enough to read by, they said sorry, this is a standard room. Bring your own shampoo, too. A small safe was screwed on top of a shelf with the nuts and bolts where anyone could unscrew them and take the whole safe. Breakfast ends at 10:00; at 10:01 they even shut down the coffee machine. But for what I paid for the hotel, it was a great deal. The Dive Center attached to the Hotel was a disaster. We paid for a 2-hour snorkeling trip. They spent the first 20 minutes fixing the engine. They took us out and dropped anchor in the coral then started to fish. They told us we couldn't snorkel there; waves were too big, but they were going to fish. When I objected, they said okay only a few minutes and then we moved on. Then they took us to where it was much too shallow. The corals were 20 cm from our chests. My friend had never snorkeled before and was afraid of what was hiding in there; it was all too close. He flailed around and his legs got all cut up on the corals. The "instructor" was standing and walking on the corals. It was a disaster. So much dead and damaged coral. I hope the other outfits do better.
