Issue with check-in. Despite having booked and paid through Expedia, hotel said "card was declined" and needed another card to again charge full rate. Working to resolve issue with front desk. Hoping they will find Expedia information and refund second card that was charged.

The property was extremely clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were always available at any time of the day or night. The rooms were big, easily held our 4 large suitcases, 4 large carry ons and 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had refillable body wash, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap. The free breakfast from 6-9am was plentiful, delicious and had a wide selection of hot and cold options with free coffee and hot drinks available all day. Free water bottles and free refillable water stations. The guest laundry is on Floors 2 and 4 and requires quarters that you can get from the front desk. There are a number of fast food and coffee options surrounding the hotel for lunch and dinner. There was a heated pool and well equipped small gym. An extremely pleasant stay, would highly reccommend.

If you want breakfast, go early.
Things were really good until breakfast. They dont really mean they serve breakfast until 9am. What they mean is uf snything is left they will serve it until 9am. I wanted the sausage gravy with biscuits. They had the biscuits. But only about a tablespoon of gravy for 3 people. The sausage they had with the eggs was a gray color, not browned and the 1/3 cup of corned beef hash was dried up. It all may have been good to go at 7am, but since i did not check in until very late, i went down at 8:45am.

The bathroom floor was very dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned well, and the room stinks. I've stayed at this hotel before and it was clean probably short-staffed.

We stayed here for 4 nights. 2 of the mornings of our stay the fire alarms went off. 1 morning at 6:00am and the next morning at 7:00. Small fire in the kitchen and toaster was what we were told. 2 mornings in a row was not acceptable. We asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and the answer was NO. Will not recommend this Hotel.

The wonderful lady on the Front desk morning staff on September 10 & 11 was extremely helpful & friendly. Breakfast was different each day which was also very nice. I loved the specialty coffee machine!!! Very impressive!

We stayed in a king room which was very spacious and well equipped. Only complaint was an area of dirty caulk in the shower. Breakfast choices were great and appreciated the Keurig in our room. Delicious pizza nearby at a brick oven pizzeria.

The hotel is next door to a large gas station that serves semi trucks. I heard them all night. When I pulled the sheets back to check the bed, there was a dirty tissue under there.
