It seems like this property is held together with Band-Aids. Needs major upgrades. Elevator didn't work. Leaks everywhere. TV had a horrible picture. Adjusting the room temp was a challenge.

The two problems I had with the property was the elevator broke and we had to use the stairs. Also, they charged an extra $20.00 for parking just because the rodeo was going on, which is why we stayed there. If a person spends 170 on your hotel room, how is it right to charge extra for a parking spot!

I would mostly say that this hotel is in some disrepair. Definitely a good location if you were going to go to the rodeo but pretty sad the condition in a lot of places. Elevators not working, pools disgusting and not available. And it’s a shame because the outside pool could really be a cool Area for people to hang out. Our bathtub had the drain that had about half an inch of caulk all around it and we couldn’t even use it. We didn’t notice till we got up in the morning to take showers and it couldn’t even be used. Paid a lot of money for a pretty crappy place.

I chose this hotel property because it is located within walking distance to the NRG Stadium where we attended the Houston Rodeo event. I have stayed here a couple of times actually. Hotel rooms are kept very clean & the staff is friendly. But in my opinion, this hotel REALLY needs an overall facelift as it is very old & outdated, especially the rooms. To me, the decor of the rooms should reflect the high price that you pay for it!

Walking distance to NRG. Room was great. Comfy bed, smaller bathroom but met our needs. Mini fridge, microwave, and keurig in the room. Breakfast hours were later than expected, we had to leave early in the morning. Overall a clean great hotel to stay in.

It wasn’t the best hotel I have stayed at, the pool was dirty and couldn’t be used, the breakfast was the exact same every day, and they made you pay $40 for parking even after you’re paying to stay there

Elevators were in terrible shape and making horrid noises till one of them actually broke and was un operational. The hotel was more worried about their $50 parking for non guests attending the Rodeo. We had to park in a dirt lot which completely ruined my detailed vehicle. The air conditioning could not keep the room cold , the telephone did not work. After housekeeping cleaned there were leaves and a worm found on the bed. The hallway smelled like mildew.

Was this property only temporarily opened to host NCAA football championship attendees? It was awful. I had no hot water in the shower, no running water from my sink faucet, the towels were dirty. The air conditioning was way too loud and overdue for service. The carpet was dirty. I could go on….but it will only cause nightmares. I won’t be back and you should either.

Hotel is very old and run down. Had pipe leaks that were causing ceiling issues in hallways. No amenities in the hotel Whatsoever, not even bottles of water in the room. Tv was dilapidated. Only good thing was location to NRG.

We booked this location because we were going to a Texan football game, the location was great! Did not have to pay extra for parking and the walk was less than 5 minutes. The facility is itself is average. Needs some updating but for the price, it is to be expected. Did not try breakfast but it is available. Overall I would say we were content.
