眺めは最高で立地条件も最高。 クラブ付きオーシャンフロントで15階以上のところ、 7階に変更して貰って正解だった。 ビーチの眺め、生演奏も見聞き出来、ここは低層階が 良いと感じた。 只、古いホテルなのでトイレはウオシュレットは無い。 浴槽も無い、日本人は殆ど居ないし、 日本語を話せるスタッフも居ない、が、それをもってもこの眺めはそれを上回る。ボエジャー47ラウンジのビーチ席はダイヤモンドヘッドや夕日、生演奏、ビーチ、素晴らしかった。

KUDOS To MIkala (She should get More good position or Paid)and Carlos (Manager on 4/29) Being Helpfull have excelent customer service. we dont like the club suite breakfast but i like the breakfast at dukes so much better than vip club restaurant. The Suite club over price traditional funiture but need to update design.

Loved the idea of walking down to the beach, staff and service excellent. Could use little improvement on cleaning(light switches and refrigerator).It is a noisy area at night until 10pm or so. I could only hear the fans from the hotel next door in our ocean (partial) view room.

We had the best time! And we got the free upgrade via Expedia. The staff were all very kind and the food was great, the music was great, the view was great. I usually complain about the bed or pillows at hotels, but these were great too! Highly recommend.

I love that is right on the beach, I love morning brunch at Duke's, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the lack of outside seating, to allow for sitting and looking at the ocean, also the pool was small and outdated (tiles missing from the bottom). not enough seating around the pool.

Very difficult review as lots of ‘love’ for this property on line however to be honest against the competition (Moana surfrider, princess, Sheraton and others) this one is feeling old and dated. Its got the absolute worst configuration for valet service on the beach strip giving a truly stressful experience both in and out, the rooms feel dark and dated, the lobby areas desperately need a major renovation compared to other locations. The Dukes resteraunt keeps this location on the map and delivers a great atmosphere but you don’t need to stay there to benefit from it. Sadly if we go back I will stay at one of the other properties for a better experience. Could not recommend.

The property needs renovation but it is in a great location. I found most of the staff super friendly, warm, and helpful. This is a lively hotel with music and things happening until about midnight. I really like the hotel, with my only complaint that there is the stench of weed in the hallways and balconies many times a day. I came for fresh sea air and plumeria, not weed.

Area is in the prime location of Wakiki beach and downtown. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Customer service lacks. Not very attentive to our needs. I mentioned I was there for my birthday and they did not care and didn't even acknowledge it during my stay not even with a balloon. Definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. We stayed there for 2 days prior to our cruise and our room was not turned over. They said it would have to be on request as it would have to be over 2 days or more! For the amount of money we paid this should have been automatically done on day one!! Definitely receommend to you checking out nearby hotels nearby. Some of higher quality and service.

The location is really great. It it easy to access to some shopping areas and Waikiki beach. I felt traditional mood from this hotel but the room was very clean. Also, all staffs was so kind!

This was our second time staying at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach. It never disappoints. A great value for the location and quality of property. It’s ideally situated in the heart of Waikiki. The pool is small but nice. This time we traveled with our 5 month old daughter. The crib we requested was in the room when we arrived and worked great. We spent extra for club access which included breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks, none of which was spectacular but we would still do it again to save needing to find coffee and breakfast each day. Laundry on site was necessary with a baby and cost about $10/load to wash and dry. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will continue to choose this hotel whenever we return to Waikiki.
